100 degrees. it's tomorrow we feel relief with the temperatures back in the 80s. storm tracker 6 live we had heavy drenching downpours, first thing this morning across the delaware bay region. now all that's left is one lone cell east of route 9. tuckerton is getting a downpour. pushing east into beach haven and south of surf city. patchy drizzle and showers north of atlantic city into the brigantine area. don't worry your beach day is in tact, should be nice down there, warm and sticky, land breeze. the thunderstorm threat down the jersey shore doesn't arrive until after 7:00 p.m. this is what we're watching for the immediate philadelphia area you can see the complex of showers and thunderstorms, hefty line of thunderstorms, that will march east over the next 6 to 12 hours, gets in here between 5 and 9:00 p.m. there could good wind and cloud to ground

live it's a free download for your mobile device. firefighters rescued two people from a burning home in juniata. flames were shooting out of the home on the 4100 block of j street. once firefighters got the flames under control. they discovered a man and woman were inside. the woman was rushed to temple hospital to be treated. the man was not injured. investigators are trying to figure out what caused the fire. police are also investigating two crime scenes blocks away from one another in the city's feltonville section. investigators say a 23-year-old was shot three times after an argument this morning on the 100 block of east rockland street. the victim was able to run to nearby after-hours club on rising sun avenue and told a friend what happened to him. that friend spotted the shooting suspect and then fired shots of his own. police later recovered the gun

under a car. the shooting victims is in critical condition. three people were hurt after two cars collided on i-95 in chester, delaware county overnight. police say the accident happened in the northbound lanes near chestnut street at 1:45 a.m. police shut i-95 north to the border of ridley township for 45 minutes as they investigated this. three people were taken to crozer-chester hospital to be treated. a forest fire burning in burlington county is now 60% contained. chopper 6 hd flying high over the flames last night as thick smoke rose from the fire in wharton state frosts forest in in washington township. it is burning near the historic village. 55 firefighters and ten engines have been attacking the fire since thursday night. tnvited to pay their respects for dean finocchiaro one of four young men found murdered on a farm in

solbury township. visitation takes place from noon to 4:00 p.m. on the dougherty funeral home. dean finocchiaro graduated from high school family and friends gathered to say goodbye to another victim of the murders. funeral services were held for jimi patrick at the church of saint andrews yesterday, he was heading intoed sophomore year at loyola university in maryland. president trump is weighing in on sean spicer's abrupt resignation. he tweeted that expires is a quote wonderful person who took tremendous abuse from the fake news media. he quit in protest of the

tragically killed while riding on i-95 in delaware, it happened last weekend. we've learned that he was struck by two drivers after losing control of his bike. the drivers never stopped. the victim's family is pleading with the public for some help. dann cuellar talked with the family. >> reporter: the horrific accident scene from last sunday night haunts the family of 45-year-old christopher cooper of northeast philadelphia struck by two vehicles as he lay on the road after losing control of his motorcycle. >> they kept going they have not turned themselves in yet. >> reporter: family members say cooper who worked for the philadelphia water department was an avid motorcycle rider. sunday night at 9:00 p.m. he was righting his gsx on i-95 northbound in christiana delaware under the sr one fly over ramps. as you wouldly he lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle and landed on the road.
