the customer hit the suspect with a metal chair. the customer was stabbed with the suspect's knife. the suspect ran off and was found a few blocks away. the customer who intervened was not seriously injured. a lottery player in california filed a lawsuit to collect $5 million in winnings. lottery is not paying him because his 16-year-old son purchased the ticket. since one of the tickets sold to the teenager turned out to be the big winner. the commission said the prize is null and void. >> the owner just looked out and there was a horse looking in the window on the porch. >> you don't see that everyday, do you. >> horses ran wild in a north carolina neighborhood, a strong line of thunderstorms brought down a fence on a farm letting the animals roam free.
