area. >> take it easy and be thowft to other people -- be thoughtful to other people. >> reporter: in ship bottom, route 72 near barnegot avenue flooded and the leaves were high this morning making local roads difficult to navigate. some drivers plowed ahead, others turned around. >> i have a mustang, i got here at 6:00 a.m., i had to drive back to little egg harbor and come back with my dad's truck. it's taken two hours to get to work. >> reporter: this car was stranded in the floodwaters at tulip and master, a police vehicle was posted to stop drivers from coming through the deep water. in blackwood firefighters were on the scene bloars -- black horse pike near 42. pse&g were called to shut off the power so the firefighters could attack the flames. flooding subsided along mlk

to reinstate an employee who tried to blow the whistle on the sales practices. the bank manager was fired in 2011 after racing concerns that the bank was opening accounts without customer knowledge or consent. in addition to rehiring the employee, the department of labor ordered them to pay out half a million dollars in back wages. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. i was here late last night when the tornado warning came in it was such a strange thing. >> the one they are investigating is in maryland today. might have a couple of strong storms coming in later tonight. storm tracker 6 live double scan shows you we are dry. kind of on the look out for something to pop.

storm tracker 6 live double scan this is not active rain this is double scan technology elements that we can bring into the fray. what the radar is doing showing you what happened overnight. look at the purple that was an area around the museum where they got 7.6 inches of rain based on on storm tracker's estimate. 4.6 inches in southern chester county and in the area highlighted in yellow and orange there was a lot of rain that fell in a fairly quick pattern. this is where the flood warnings earlier, the only flood warning at this point is along the cohancy river. while we might have backed up drains every now and then across the region. the temperature currently 82 degrees, as we take a look at the current profile. your winds out of the north/northwest at 10 miles per hour, your ocean temperature is 74 degrees. kind of warm in the ocean,

although even there, later today and tonight you'll have to be careful about showers and thunderstorms. 82 degrees in philadelphia. 83 in wilmington, 77 in allentown, 75 in trenton, 79 currently in cape may. it is humid, the dewpoint is back to 6 degrees in philadelphia -- 68 degrees in philadelphia, a little below the category where we consider it oppressive humidity. 84 in dover, 75 in cape may. very humid in here, with the unsettled humid air mass there's a chance of pop up showers and thunderstorms. up until 3:00 p.m., scattered showers activity. later in the afternoon or evening there's a chance of stronger heavy downpour producing showers and gusty thunderstorms. we have a chance of isolated strong damaging wind gusts producing storms. by 9:00 some of that may be making it down to philadelphia. after that it won't be out of the question something makes it to the shore. indoors lower floors with any thunder that happens in case
