to try to get in the front and apparently one of the riders tried to get in front of the vehicle and slow down in front of the car. >> [ bleep ]. oh, my god, oh, my god. >> yeah. yep. and recorded on this camera on a different rider, we see that that vehicle hit the motorcyclist. >> [ bleep ]. >> and after that, the car does not stop. now you're seeing other riders try to get really close to follow and chase that car down. >> watch out. this car is going to brake and check the bikers. >> that's what happened. the brakes lock on the rider behind the car. >> what else do you notice? >> no helmet. >> no helmet. and then the car takes off. fortunately, nobody got ran over by the vehicle. which is incredible. >> what about the first rider? >> he was wearing all the gear, at least a helmet and he's okay. he's lucky to be alive.

look? >> no, the dress is great. >> but she has a pretty short hair cut. >> typically you don't see a beauty queen with hair that short. this is a story of courage for sarah. here you see her in images from when she was a little girl, but when she was 11 years old she developed a disease that means she has this impulsive urge to pull her hair out. she pulled out so much of her hair she had bald spots so she started to wear hats and scarves. she says up until a couple of years ago, nobody knew about it. finally, she got some help. and she said for about a minute she freaked out and then she realized you know what? if i take off my had, if i don't have any hair, the world won't come to an end. and you can see her cutting it all off because of those bald patches. she developed just from -- just the urge to pull it. she said it's kind of like you get an itch and you have an urge to scratch. she ended up pulling her hair out without realizing that's what she was doing.

she did seek help for this disorder. there's no cure, but she is making this livable for her. it's okay to cut your hair off, it's okay to not have any hair and you can be anything you want to be, and do what you want to do. so she started a gofundme campaign to raise awareness for this. she said this disorder has left her mostly bald. she used to be ashamed of her appearance, but now a girl who isn't ashamed of her appearance doesn't end up competing in a miss teen pennsylvania contest. we're approaching the dog days of summer. while to cool off, everybody looks for water. that's what bill and anthony are doing with their bmx bikes. what's the goal? >> we have bill in the float. we were jumping in lakes and nobody guessed that we'd be riding today. we're going to try to hit as many fountains in new york city before security comes out. >> that sounds like a ton of

next video as well. you see this guy up ahead on a scooter, stuck in traffic. >> having a good old day riding a scooter, sorry, sir, you have to come with us. >> that looked like a cop. >> well, that was a cop and no, he didn't steal that scooter. but the scooter was stolen. officers were just out on patrol, running plates. noticed that plate came up as being stolen a few weeks earlier. that's when they jumped out, ran up and pulled this guy, david hart, off the scooter. now, even though he wasn't the one that stole it, it was in possession. the ignition was clearly ripped out. the bike was clearly hot wired and the gas tank was also broken open. mr. hart was sentenced and fined and he has to do community service. you want to rip people off on a bus, this is the way to do it. somebody set this up in front of you and challenges you to get
