killed in the early evening. the man that pulled the trigger is nowhere to be found. i'm sarah bloomquist. the big story is a search for a killer in haverford township that has the neighborhood on edge. annie mccormick is there. do police know if the victim was intentionally targeted? >> at this point police say that's a strong possibility. the victim was in his 30s. we have images from a pizza shop. the pizza shop half a block from the scene. there are images prior to the shooting of the victim leaving the pizza shop and police believe the shooter is walking

ahead of him. investigators believe this man is the shooter running northbound up haverford toward winwood. >> officers arrived on scene. the victim was laying in the door way of the apartment building. his friend was doing medical cpr. his friend was trying to help him. a short time later, he was pronounced dead. >> >> he was walking her dog. >> haverford police and the district attorney's office are investigating. they told authorities the victim was coming to visit after playing tennis. when he exits the pizza shop,

the shooter is several feet ahead of him. the pizza shop is half a block from the crime scene. the next time they see the suspected shooter on camera, he is running away. >> this may be related to knowing each other or something happened. it appears the shooter was waiting for him or possibly followed him here. >> at this hour, investigators are looking for any information they can get from the public. if you have information, you are asked to call the district attorney's office. >> now recording live in haverford township, annie mccormick, "action news." back to you. >> a little girl is dead following a fire that destroyed her family's home in camden. four children and two adults managed to escape the flames

that broke out on morten street. the four-year-old died as the fire burned through her home. her grandmother tried to find the words to describe the little girl. >> so much life ahead of her. it's hard on all of us. >> the other people evacuated from the house were taken to cooper medical center for treatment. their neighbor's home was also damaged by the fire. they are being assisted by the american red cross. >> a philadelphia man vacationing in florida was struck and killed by lightning with a group of friends yesterday. those that were with him in the final moments spoke about what happened. >> he's such an amazing man. >> this is a picture of lamar rayfield taken early friday morning while visiting the beach. rayfield is in the green tee

shirt. friday evening they we want back playing corn hole when showers and lightning started. they thought they were safe because they are not in the water. >> i seen it go through him. they both at the same time collapsed. they got me too. >> they stayed conscious but the others collapsed. he got back up and says he did not remember what happened. when i came back to, i was asking what went on. they said you got hit by lightning. i was like what are you talking about because i'm moving around fine at this point. >> a good samaritan off duty life guard tried to revive rayfield but no luck. >> today, his friends listened
