overlooking center city, a nice start to the morning, more on the forecast in just a bit. eagles open the link to fans who get to watch a practice for free. it is an event that as far as practices go quite a spectacle, a huge crowd usually turns out, the practice starts at 10:00 a.m., the inter stadium gates open at 8:30 a.m. keep in mind the phillies play at 1 5:00 p.m. not long after the eagles practice ends. there's a traffic alert you need to know about before you leave the house, the ben franklin bridge is closed for the tour de shore bike ride. this is where the 2500 bicyclists are starting the 65-mile ride from right there across the ben franklin bridge to atlantic city. of course, the ben franklin bridge closed, it will be closed until 8:00 a.m. this morning, while the riders make their way

across the it, the ride raises money for families of fallen first responders and their children. new this morning, a man is hurt by a hit-and-run driver in south philadelphia. the suspect did not get far. the hit-and-run happened at 2:20 a.m. on broad near lumbard. the driver sped off leaving the victim with a head injury and bruises and cuts. a 17 district police officer spotted the suspect's carat 13th and catherine. the driver was arrested and the car with new york license plates was impounded. the victim is in the hospital. haverford county police ae look for a killer. they released a surveillance picture they say is wanted for questioning. it seems the man was targeted for the brutal crime. annie mccormick says investigators have several clues.

>> reporter: new images captured on surveillance cameras after 6:00 p.m. investigators want information from this man, seen running northbound up haverford road toward wynnewood. the victim was found shot outside a friend's apartment in the 2300 block of haverford rooted. >> the victim was laying in the doorway of the apartment building. his friend was doing medical cpr trying to help him. medics arrived, a short time later he was pronounced dead. >> reporter: shortly before police arrived, john buchanan said she heard shots. >> she heard bang bang. >> reporter: haverford police and the district attorney's office are investigating. they towed a vehicle from the scene. the victim was coming from playing tennis, police have video showing the victim leaving the pizza shop after picking up

breaking news from germany, police say a man opened fire killing one person. the gunman was shot and injured by police. he later died at the hospital. the motive is unclear this morning, but they have ruled out a terrorist attack. this morning that shooting is under investigation. police believe four men in australia tried to blow up a plane and this morning the suspects are locked up in jail and security is being increased at australian airports. abc's brad milky has the latest. >> reporter: australians woke up to police conducting raids in five locations around sydney. >> there's a major joint counterterrorism separation to disrupt a terror plot to bring down an airplane. >> some people in sydney were planning the terror attack using

nor korea conducted another successful test of inter continental ballistic missile on friday. a day after the test, president trump condemned china for not reigning in kim jong-un and his missile program. heartbreak in camden, a family is preparing to bury a 4-year-old girl killed in a fast-moving fire we told you about yesterday morning. this morning we're hearing from the young victim's grandmother. four children and two adults escaped the fire along the 100 block of morton street. sadly liani williams died as the fire spread through the home. >> it's hard on all of us. >> the other people that evacuated the home were taken to cooper medical center to be treated. the family lost everything in the fire.

a neighbor's home was damage in the fire. this morning the red cross is helping the victim. happening this morning we're learning more information about the tragic ride at the ohio state fair that killed an 18-year-old. witnesses say there were warning signs that tipped them off that something was not right about that. david packer with the details. >> reporter: blunt-force trauma that's the coroner's preliminary finding what killed tyler jarrell after he was tossed 50 feet from the fireball ride. he died at the scene. his family hired an attorney to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit. 7 others recovering from their injuries between 18 and 42. two were on the ride while trapped into their seats, they noticed something to seem wrong. >> i saw the floor raising up. >> reporter: the floor of the car coming unhinged. >> i was shocked because the
