found a man suffering from cuts and bruises and head injury. he was taken to hahnemann for treatment. an alert officer came across the vehicle involved at 13th and catherine street. it had new york place and the driver was taken into custody. police are looking for a man after a shooting in a delaware county that looks like a targeted crime. >> police are using surveillance images to find the killer. >> reporter: new images captured on surveillance video the moments after a deadly shooting. a pizza shop surveillance system captured these photos after 6:00 p.m. investigators want information from this man running toward haverford road toward wynnewood. the victim was found shot on the 2300 block of haverford road. >> the victim was laying in the doorway of the apartment

building. his friend was doing medical cpr trying to help him. medics arrived took him to the hospital. he feels later pronounced dead. >> she was walking her dog up there at the corner, and she was with another lady she heard bang bang. >> reporter: delaware police and district attorney's office towed a vehicle from the scene and interviewed witnesses. the victim's friend said the victim was coming from playing tennis. there's a video of the victim leaving the pizza shop after picking up an order. this man is walking several feet ahead of him. the pizza shop is a half block from the crime scene. investigators don't know what happened after the two walked out of the shop. the next time they see the man in the red hoodie on camera running away. detectives are looking for any information. if you have information contact

>> welcome back everybody, this morning 2500 people hopped on their bikes to take part in the 30th annual tour de shore. the 65-mile bike ride starts at the irish pub at 20th and walnut and ends at the irish pub in atlantic city. this event raises money for families of fallen first responders and local children charities. this year they raised more than a million dollars. >> those riders could not have asked for nicer weather.

summer an american tourist was shot in turks and caicos, 57-year-old michael jones from washington, d.c. was wounded. he was flown to south florida hospital in stable condition. a alabama man was shot during a robbery while vacationing in the islands last month. extra security is in place at airplanes across strahle -- australia after they brought down a terror plot to crash a plane using an improvised device. 20,000 people were forced to evacuate after a fire broke out at a concert on the stage in barcelona. there were no serious injuries. no clear what cause the fire.

"action news," police in haverford, delaware county are searching for the man seen in surveillance photos following a deadly shooting on 2300 block of haverford road last night. the man was seen walking near the victim and running from the scene after the crime. a driver was arrested and faces charges after a hit-and-run in center city. police say a pedestrian was hit at broad and lumbard at 2:30 a.m. the victim was taken to hanheman for treatment. officers say they found the suspected vehicle and driver a short time later. eagles fans got a chance to see the team during an open practice in south philadelphia this morning. fans flocked to lincoln financial field to get their
