attackers. lets go live to the crime scene and "action news" reporter, christie aleto. what is the latest there? >> reporter: the park is shut down to the public as police investigate what exactly happened inside and a lot of joggers say there is a lot of foot traffic in the area there are parts of the trail that are isolated. >> call the police, there were two people running alongside of me saying they were going to call the police. >> she was 20 minutes into her run when those around here suddenly panics. >> you didn't put two and two together that this was actually happened. >> no, i didn't know it was happening. >> authorities say that female was a 19-year-old jogger she dialed 911 moments after she was allegedly sexually assaulted in broad daylight and at gun point while inside of the morristown farm park. >> not something i would expect here. >> it's not clear where the teen

bloomquist. police know who they are looking for are they any closer to getting him? >> jim, we know they are using every available resource, philadelphia police have the help of u.s. marshals and the fbi as they work to track down 24-year-old derek rollins he is believed to be here in the city but has contacts elsewhere in the state. considered armed and dangerous. considering he has fired on three strangers killing one of them. derek rollins on the run police believe saturday night he fired multiple times on two men. and an hour later rollins was captured on surveillance just before he allegedly killed 29-year-old john lee in haverford township. >> we think he is in the city and asking people to do the right thing and turn yourself in and be responsible for what you did. and anyone that knows the individual to call 911. saturday evening at 9:00 two

overbrook neighbors confronted rob rollins after he was spotted peeking into a neighbor's window and caught up to rollins driving a volvo and they asked what he was doing and he fired the gun. >> he fired shots into the passenger door. >> and then rollins followed them into haverford township and they lost him and then picked up on surveillance footage outside of a pizza shop. police believe moments later he killed john lee outside of an apartment complex on the 2300 block of haverford road. and police believe it was random probably a robbery gone wrong and acting on a tip they found his gray volvo in west philadelphia. >> we are not stop until we get this person in custody. until we have every law enforcement available taos looking for the individual. we think he is a danger to everybody we don't know what he

is going to do. >> rollins known address is in the 5100 block of locust and 4800 block of north 8 and street. blastic tests show the bullets in both incidents came from the same gun and they believe that rollins is still armed with that weapon. i'm sara bloomquist, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. the former mayor of reading, p.a., vaughn spencer pled not guilty to charges of corruption. spencer appeared before a federal judge this afternoon in philadelphia. spencer accused in a pay to play scheme he will remain free until trial. mayor of allentown ed pawlowski pled not guilty to charges last week. and bill cosby is looking for a new attorney. mcgonegal is seeking to withdraw

as his counsel and they will consider that request. he is being retried on charges he drugged and molested andrea constand. and it ended in a misindustrial after jurors deliberated for 52 hours and could not reach a verdict. now an update to a murder investigation in swedesboro, gloucester county. investigators were back at a home on forest court but have not said why. 47-year-old michelle long was founded in her pool on july 17th, an autopsy revealed blunt force trauma. and a man from washington that identifies himself as carson king post aid video online of himself climbing the city hall tower in philadelphia. of course, you are not suppose to do that.

>> the daredevil says his name is carson king, and lives in washington, d.c. he goes up the stairway to t observation deck and on the statue of william penn and says he did not pass any no trespassing signs. they are not amused. >> it appears it's illegal. we'll make that determination, but right now it appears particularly when he went into the tower and continuing going up. there was a trespassing offense. >> a lawyer says that carson king may have broken laws, that is trespassing and certainly a civil trespass? a criminal trespass? i would say it probably is.

north for close to an hour and del/dot workers lowered the bridge and did not figure out what caused the problem and there were no scheduled openings today. in upper pilesgrove, new jersey we have a great story that is new at 6:00 tonight. it is all about a student celebrating they are graduation from high school. normally that would not be big news except this student is 96. new jersey correspondent, nora muchanic, has the story. >> reporter: it was a day she never thought she would see. there she is 96-year-old leona of pits grove. walking to the music of pomp and circumstance finally receiving her high school diploma. >> i feel great all the friends came here and i'm so proud. after her parents divorced during the great depression.

we see pop-up isolated cell northeast of philadelphia that triggered a flash flood warning until 10:15 that dropped an inch of rain, and we also have a lot of activity building across the lehigh valley. and ray posted this on my facebook page this is a drone shot and you can see the towering cumulous clouds, they are masses of of clouds building up from the heat and humidity and we see more of them through the week. we are back in the 90s, 91 degrees the high today. scattered downpours and if you don't like the heat and humidity. just be patient and by the weekend temperatures definitely cooling down dramaticcly. philadelphia 89 degrees and trenton 90 and cape may 81 and wilmington 87 degrees. stormtracker 6 live double scan showing you the cell i'm tracking triggers the flash flood warning and right close to
