evening weather, the weather is settling down now. there is a cluster of weakening storms near harrisburg. we have light showers in cumberland county, millville over the mouth of the delaware bay. no lightning strikes, just showers moving through. we had a variety of everything, heavy rain, ocean county, an inch and a half of rain. hail large as quarter sized in chester brook. a house fire caused by lightning. philadelphia reporting wind gusts of 45 miles per hour. easton reporting a lot of roads closed due to flooding. the storms did something else. they stopped temperatures from reaching 90-degrees today. we were close. what this means, we are not in the sixth heatwave of the year. it will be hot near 90. tracking afternoon thunderstorms

and a cooldown for the weekend including a chance of showers. we talk about that in the seven-day forecast. jim? >> the ride sharing service lyft says they have no record of a havertown woman being picked up and robbed. britney law says her city called the company for a ride home this morning. the driver stopped at a store, a gas station, asked the sister to go in and get him a bottle of water. she did. the driver took off with law inside. >> the driver took her to olney in philadelphia where he robbed her and pushed her out of the car. she was not injured. the city of philadelphia has completed its third day of clearing the conrad tracks in the philadelphia bad lands. they are using equipment to clean out piles of debris from one of the worst open-air drug denies.
