an aboveground swimming pool. he was taken to hospital in critical condition. >> he almost killed that boy. he was handcuffed not moving and they were beating him with a boo ton, thbaton, three of them. the officer has been identified as james yeager. later the police department said the video didn't paint the full picture. tonight they say we look forward to seeing the full video and support officer yeager. some say the officer deserves to be fired. >> it seemed like a senseless beating. the guy was homeless and they beat him up for no apparent reason. >> they could have handed it in a better way. >> there are a lot more than need to be fired asap. they need to learn to respect people to get respect from

latest beginning at 5:00 a.m. >> breaking news from kensington where one person has been killed in an accident that happened just about a half hour ago. chopper 6 was over the scene on e street and allegheny avenue. as crews tried to save the victim, reports were that one person was trapped beneath the car. it's not clear if it was a pedestrian and how many vehicles were involved. minutes later, chopper 6 was over kelly drive at fountain green. for a second night in a row, the motorcyclist was killed on the lane. the 40-year-old victim was d.o.a. at hineman hospital minutes later. >> at least two drives called police to report that their cars were struck by rocks near
