we are breaking news a standoff situation that blocked off roads to a delaware neighborhood that forced residents to stay in their homes now under control. the ordeal began at 2:00 today at the 100 block of stanton road. the roaded surrounding the road are back hope and residents are clear to go. police have not said what led to the standoff. the ongoing russia investigation led fbi agents to the home of president trump's former cam main manager. agents took records from paul manafort's house in northern virginia as part of the investigation led by special counsel robert mueller. he cooperated with law enforcement and did so on this occasion as well. the warrant was served in the last two weeks and the special
