outside of a target store in northeast philadelphia. a man police are calling a person of interest showed up with northeast detectives. it happened on bustleton avenue at the store. the gunman pulled a weapon and fired seven times striking the victim once in the back. the victim remains in stable condition tonight. no word about charges in this case. >> from our new jersey news room, a man drown in wood bur wy new jersey after he stole a sandwich from wawas and jumped into the lake to get away from the police. >> it was a tragic scene at the booed witwoodbury lake. detectives say it started around 4:00 a.m. the 20 year old was spotted shoplifting from the wawa's up the street. when police arrived, he took off

southbound on broad street toward city hall. we have a fair amount of cloud cover ahead clearing out overnight. we are tracking showers. you can get a closer look. in south jersey we have moisture in cumberland county and cape may. if you move to the west for smyrna and dover delaware tracking the moisture, heavy rain moving into milford. we track the activity into the overnight hours. philadelphia 76. 71 allentown, 68 reading. 70 at the coast or to the west in lancaster, 74 beach haven and 74 in dover. as we look at satellite 6 and action radar, the dewpoint is oppressive in some locations. numbers are in the upper 70s and lower 70s. uncomfortable but that will change as we get into sunday.
