detectives are looking for leads they can get from the public. in the meantime, police have increased patrols in the neighborhood. the 84-year-old victim is in good spirits after breaking free and calling for help. >> tied up in her home, the 84-year-old was walking and talking a few hours later. >> he had her tied up in the basement and she got loose and yelled fire. >> a robber broke into her home this afternoon and demanded money. >> somebody came up behind her, a tiny little 84-year-old precious like a kitty cat. did that to her. >> police say the assailant restrained the victim's arms and legs with a belt and dog leash. the call came in at 2:00 p.m.

growing operation. this is the 4800 block of cedar avenue in west philadelphia. "action news" reporter christie ileto is live at the scene. you have the details. >> that's right, jim. police are calling it an elaborate operation. it's not clear how long the man living there had been doing this. he had so much marijuana inside the odor was undeniable to those on the block. >> authorities removed over a hundred marijuana plants discovered inside this west philadelphia home. an elaborate growing operation hidden in plain sight, busted. >> some packaged, some not. we know it's a fully run operation. >> that included amaze of electrical cords with four floors of illegal drugs, all to be packaged and distributed onsite. >> exactly.
