"action news" reporter christie ileto is live at the scene. you have the details. >> that's right, jim. police are calling it an elaborate operation. it's not clear how long the man living there had been doing this. he had so much marijuana inside the odor was undeniable to those on the block. >> authorities removed over a hundred marijuana plants discovered inside this west philadelphia home. an elaborate growing operation hidden in plain sight, busted. >> some packaged, some not. we know it's a fully run operation. >> that included amaze of electrical cords with four
