in the lehigh valley police have made an arrest if a cold homicide case that is now suddenly hot again. lehigh valley correspondent, walter perez is live in easton. what are the details on this. >> jim, before the cold case murder of 2009 jacob holmes jr. was the victim of a shooting he survived and new homes is accused of killing a man that tried to kill him later on and he is the nephew of a boxing legend. >> miguel upontan was killed inside of the easton cafe as horrified customers scrambled to safety and the case went cold until an alleged accomplice identified jacob holmes jr. they finally made the arrest yesterday and they say that the argument against holmes is strong. >> this case is clearly a case of first degree murder and will
