investigators have released the identity of the person that rented the van. isis claimed responsibility for all of this and the wording of the claiming that it was inspired and not directed by isis. can you see the latest on the terror attack in barcelona and hear the first responders and the latest on the investigation underway. to news in our area. a local father and son are both facing child pornography and child sexual abuse charges. montgomery county authorities arrested 68-year-old harry enis and his 20-year-old patrick. investigators say that patrick up loaded 120 child pornography videos into the internet and was tracked to his home in glen

side. and police recovered 600 images from harry enis's home office. both are scheduled for a preliminary hearing. and now an apparent road rage stabbing, a man was stopped behind a car double parked in reading after he began honking to get the driver to move. two men got out of the car and walked up to the victim's suv and stabbed him in the face and the suspect fled the scene. police say that the man's young son was in the suv as his dad was attacked and the child was not physically injured. >> the man charged in a deadly road rain shooting in chester county is now expected to stand trial for college bound teenager bianca roberson. the victim's family went to

court today to face her accused killer. >> there were a dozen family members and friends here this morning, only 12 were allowed in the small courtroom and the court appearance was brief as david desper waived his preliminary hearing. >> we have to wait for the court date. as long as he is not getting out. >> rodney roberson left the courtroom after the man charged with murdering his 18-year-old daughter waived his preliminary hearing and witnesses could be introduced to determine if there is enough evidence to go to trial. >> i don't really care about why he did it. because there is no excuse, you can't justify why you murdered my daughter. >> this is senseless an innocent child. >> david desper remains in custody and was taken back to chester county jail. back in july of trainer was charged with first degree murder and related charges in the death

within the last hour isis claimed responsibility for the deadly van attack that killed at least a dozen people and left scores more injured. it happened in the las ramblas district popular with locals and tourists. witnesses say that a driver swerved over a packed boulevard mowing down people at random. 12 pronounced dead at the scene and more than 80 were hurt. and two people were arrested in connection with the attack. a short time after the initial van incident a car slammed into two police officers at a traffic blockade. they shot and killed the driver. and stick with "action news" throughout the evening tonight for the latest on the terror attack in barcelona. we'll bring you updates on air and online at 6abc.com. we turn now to a double murder investigation in south philadelphia. it's been nearly four days since a couple was found beaten to death inside of their home but

police are no closer to finding their killer. trish hartman talked to one of the victim's distraught family today. trish joins us with the latest today. >> reporter: sharrie, police say still no arrest and no word yet on a motive. family of the young woman is speaking out hoping that someone will come forward with information. >> caitlyn father and sister are sifting through albums that caitlyn made of friends and family. >> we keep moving because that is what she would definitely want. >> caitlyn jay jay and her boyfriend were found dead beaten and bloody in their south philadelphia apartment sun night. there were no signs of forced entry but the place was ransacked. something was found around her neck. >> she has been through a lot

and the way she came up and just prospered. she went from here to here just so fast. >> caitlyn's sister miranda says she struggled with drug addiction and was able to get clean and they were excited for her to start classes at the university of philadelphia this fall. and they have no idea who would want to end her life. >> i rack my brain and can't imagine. >> she was loyal and hard working and looking for an arrest and closure. >> i know there is information and a lot of people don't want to talk. but if it was there daughter or family member they wouldn't be think that way. >> caitlyn's funeral is tomorrow. a go fund me page is set up to help with funeral expenses. we posted a link at 6abc.com. reporting live at police

less humid than we are expecting and hot at 90 degrees and 88 on sunday and continued warm but the humidity drops even more as we go into the second half of the weekend and the weekend looking great right now. equally as great. the temperatures 87 philadelphia and 85 allentown and trenton and cooler down to cape may in the upper 70s we have a lot of clouds and some spotty showers and downpours. and as we can see the state of delaware a line developing of downpours and showers and clipping cape may. and the same through kent county and wilmington as well as middletown and northern parts of newcastle county. we watch them drift to the northern and that is the introduction to the tropical humidity that comes through tonight and tomorrow. associated with that warm front is a cold front in the ohio valley and a lot of energy with this it comes rather active and also tonight it starts to feel
