valleys. there is nasty stuff out there tonight. it is tuesday night. the big story on "action news" let's waste no time and go to cecily tynan with the trouble spots tonight. >> jim, we have an atmosphere battle ground being waged right now. we have a cold front pulling cooler, dryer air into the warm air today. this is bringing an intense line of strong and severe thunderstorms. this line is holding well though it's pulling in more than three hours after the sun has set. a severe thunderstorm warning has been posted along the i-95 corridor extending to south jersey until midnight tonight. any of the storms contain hail and wind gusts up to 60 miles per hour. as we zoomed in, we get

landfill, media, chads fort. this part of the storm is intense. we have had reports of wind gusts 60 miles per hour, moving east at 50 miles per hour. jacksonville, southampton we flip this over, this shows the velocity. the bright green is pential for wind gusts up to 60 milesn e damaging winds, we have had reports of hail especially in berks county moving through between 8:30 and 9:00, 61 to 222 to cooks town with hail the size of quarters along the path. the storm damage is ling up, especially lehigh and berks county. bethel, a tree struck a house. e hail, 50 miles per gusts.

gilbertsville, an inch and a half of rain in 30 minutes. mind the system we have behind a change in air mass. >> another cemetery has been struck by vandalism. this time it's st. luke's memorial church in the bustle town section of philadelphia.
