up the waters off the mid atlantic coast. that can be dangerous for folks taking advantage of the warm weather at the shore at beachess with life guards no longer on duty. >> jose will cause trouble with the rip currents, large swells. this is the latest on the storm. if you see this, it's not all that organized. maximum sustained winds 70 miles per hour. it's a tropical storm, not a hurricane now. it's moving into warmer waterlikely to become a category one and turn north. this is shifted back east, a windshield wiper effect. the problem, the wave height will be increasing especially

starting tomorrow the state's bank account will be at zero. the house last night approved a plan to take money from environmental protection instead of a $500 million tax hike. governor wolf is against the plan and is not willing to bail out the state with a short term loan. >> this woman tried to kill her mother. donna repeatedly gave insulin injections to her 76-year-old chronically ill mother in an attempted mercy killing. >> there are times when a parent is begging a child not to let them live like this. >> you feel for everyone involved in the situation.
