shore but hurricane josé is making swimming dangerous. >> that's right. for more on that warning we go to meteorologist cecily tynan who is in for adam joseph. >> hi, rick and sharrie. josé did weaken to a tropical storm yesterday. it's still a tropical storm but the hurricane hunters are flying in now to get new information for the 5 o'clock update. beginning to get a bit more organized moving towards the northwest at 9 miles an hour. it is causing some large swells already. as we head into the weekend its expected to make this turn up to the north and then parallel the coast. the actual center of the track is about 200 miles off the coast but as we know, you don't just look at the center, you look at this whole cone and the western most cone does bring it very close to the jersey shore and then likely close to cape cod. so, if you look at the chance of tropical storm force winds, you see the best chance along the east coast would be near nantucket but closer to our region right now based on the latest track we have about a 30 percent chance of seeing

sustained winds at more than 39 miles per hour along the shore. now, if this track shifts a little bit farther to the west that would bring the stronger winds farther inland. so, this is what we know. josé will cause rough surf, rip currents right through the weekend. lso concerns for beach erosion and tidal flooding but still uncertain is the exact track of the storm that will likely become a category one hurricane. more details in the full accuweather forecast. rick. >> all right cecily. thank you. you can find weather updates any time on your phone or tablet including the very latest on josé and realtime views from storm tracker6 live. the 6abc app is a free download for your mobile device. >> to this developing story. this morning's attack in london where the prime just raie uk terror threat level to critical. a bomb exploded inside the subway during the busy rush

there are still some pretty substantial back logs if you're trying to come off 95 and get onto the bridge to head into south jersey, this traffic at the moment coming out of chester is parked and the delays from this are spilling back onto the main lanes of 95, northbound all locked up from the state line up to the commodore barry bridge and southbound you start at the brakes just past philadelphia international airport and just 15 miles per hour down to the commodore barry. so, 95 in delco is a mess because of that earlier barry bridge accident. delays from 95 spilling back onto the blue route. really a domino. effect going on just 14 miles per hour on the southbound side. walt whitman bridge instead. there's a crash there as well just off the bridge on 42 southbound by 676. getting it pushed off to the side but delays from that spill back across the bridge into pennsylvania. tacony-palmyra bridge just wrapped up an opening. the betsy ross or even the ben franklin at this point are better bets than the other three we mentioned.
