money or a man was seen taking pictures of kids inside a school yard or a man committed a lude act. authorities are doing all they can to find this guy and with good reason. the big story is the desperate search for a man scaring school kids and terrifying their parents. trish, are pli police making headway? >> police are looking for the suspect. they say he's responsible for six incidents this week and they hope someone will catch him. >> i'm going to meet my twin daughters to tell them they have to go in way before the sun goes down. >> it's real scary, you know. >> many parents are keeping an even closer eye on their kids after hearing that there are six

suspicious incidents involving children this week in northeast philadelphia. >> they asked the child to come to the car. she saw him and he was taking his zipper down. she fled. >> the suspect is a hispanic man in his 30s, black hair and facial hair. the incidents started tuesday, wednesday and thursday and three reported incidents within a 45 minute span this morning. in some cases girls were offered money in exchange for taking their picture. students say they saw a man taking pictures thursday. in another case the man offered cash for them to get in the back of their car. police have released a surveillance video of a black car they believe is involved. >> if you feel apprehensive, run

away. >> one neighbor didn't want his face shown because the suspect is still out there, but he will be keeping a close watch. >> he's bold. that's what the community is about. we have to come together to catch this guy. >> police say in all of the cases, the children ran away and reported the incident to an adult. if you have information you are asked to contact the special victim's unit. trish hartman, channel6 "action news." >> thank you, trish. police in london are tracking down suspects involved in this morning's subway bombing. the blast caused panic with hundreds of passengers clawing to get off the train.

tonight the terrorist threat in london is moved to critical. isis claimed responsibl responsr the bomb. right now, hurricane jose is giving stronger waves and rip currents at the jersey store. give it a few days and we could have tropical trouble. cecily tynan is tracking the path tonight. has there been any westward shift of the track that could cause problems? >> there hasn't, no shift to the west or east. the path has been consistent over the past 24 hours. the one change is that jose has gotten stronger, maximum sustained winds 80 miles per hour. if you look at the infrared satellite, this is a small, disorganized storm. that's good news. the latest track takes it northwest until sunday and makes the turn north up offshore from

cape may boardwalk 78. rip currents thanks to jose. there is pretty good consensus keeping the track of the storm out to sea up the eastern seaboard, close to nantucket. what this means, the heavy rain, high winds from the storm would remain off the coast. the main concern to our region. as we know, tropical isples, the tracks can change as we head to the weekend. jose is not the only act in the atlantic basin. we have one tropical wave. tropical depression 14 good chance of becoming tropical storm lee. we track them across the atlantic. the seven-day forecast, nice weekend as long as you like summer warmth and humidity. 84 tomorrow. 83 sunday.
