down. >> reporter: power was shut off eastbound and westbound after a morning partial train derailment. chopper 6 hd over the scene after 11:00 p.m. in between busy i-95. the train heading eastbound from center city to the frankford transportation center came to a halt near the spring garden stop. >> as we came up the tunnel, the car derailed. i thought it was about to tip over and go on the expressway actually. i've never been so scared my whole entire life. >> reporter: once they turned the power off, we walked through the tracks, the firefighter was there and the police officers were there. we didn't know that the car derailed until we walked into the front part of the car. >> reporter: according to a statement released by septa officials, the cars were operating on a single-track system due to construction. the train was crossing over eastbound side to the westbound side when the car derailed and

atlantic city. most of the tropical forecast models all agree this is well offshore. we'll see some impacts along the immediate shoreline, but not expecting anything significant. this is the most likely scenario, 200 miles offshore, a brush of rain and wind gusts 40, 45 miles per hour, you'll see huge swells, though, ten foot waves and dangerous rip currents and there could be minor tidal flooding, but nothing of significance. this is the less likely track. if it were to shift closer to the coast, the impacts would be much greater. we're anticipating this, we're expect be the track 200 to 220 miles out to sea. this is tropical storm maria. this is irma's path ten days ago. looks like it will make a track similar as we look at the spaghetti plots over the lessor antilles, it runs over san juan

puerto rico and takes it into the southeast coast of the united states next weekend and beyond. florida obviously was hard hit with hurricane irma. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast, warm and sticky today, spotty showers possible, 84. for monday, increasing clouds, 82. tuesday, we'll say coastal rain and wind, large waves and dangerous rip currents 80 degrees. the rest of the seven-day forecast looks nice, warm and sticky, in anther feeling like fall, mid 80s and degree or two warmer than the numbers you saw.
