in south jersey investigate after a pedestrian is hit and killed overnight. >> we're following breaking news from london where scotland yard police arrested a second person in the subway bombing that injured nearly 0 people. plus, we're keeping a very close eye on hurricane jose as it stirs up the surf along the jersey shore. meteorologist chris sowers is tracking hurricane jose with accuweather and what to expect today. >> reporter: good morning, guys, it's warm and sticky out here, i've been talking about this for a couple of days, fall is less than a week away and it feels like july again with temperatures in the mid 80s and uncomfortable humidity levels. jollies josie is 120 miles southeast of cape hatteras, north carolina it's a category one storm with maximum stained winds of 80 miles per hour -- sustained winds of 80 miles per hour. it has gusts up to 09 miles per hour. it is expected to move due north

an make a turn to the right out to sea. right now every single tropical forecast model shows the exact same thing. it should pass by atlantic city 200 to 225 miles east of atlantic city by tuesday arch. it will bring some impacts to the jersey shore, but far enough to keep the majority of the storm out to sea and impact the canadian maritimes. as we look at the wind field you can see how lopsided the storm is. the tropical storm force winds extend outward to the east 150 miles. they are about 75 to 100 miles to the west. always the storm travels to the north, most of the winds stay out to sea. nonetheless this is what to expect down the shore. huge breakers up to ten feet that will cause dangerous rip

it is under investigation. a 20-year-old woman accidently fell to her death when she pulled over for the a bathroom break in juniata section overnight. police say she was in the car with friends when they pulled over on the 4500 block of caster avenue at 3:00 a.m. she was in a weed-filled area near the bridge overpass. they believe she fell down a 20-foot drop and died from her injuries. breaking news from overseas there's a second arrest following friday's bombing on a crowded subway in london. >> comes after raids in the london suburbs. despite the news, britain remains on the highest security level threat. we have more on the investigation. >> reporter: overnight a second arrest made in the london train bombing an attack that left 30 people injured during morning rush hour. a 20 minute-year-old man was taken by antiterrorism police in west london before midnight.

hurricane harvey hit the houston, texas area debris was picked up in this particular neighborhood. this happened yesterday. flooding damaged 126,000 hopes. texas governor said there was enough debris left behind by the storm to fill up a football stadium 125 times. harvey dumped up to 51 inches of rain in the lonestar state. >> a friend of mine who works at the abc studio in houston, sent me a picture of all the debris outside her house in houston. part of the flooding, once it floods you have to take everything out because of the mold. we'll see images in florida, because of what was once hurricane irma and now we're

tracking hurricane jose and tropical storm maria, as the tropics are busy in the last few weeks. sky6 live hd looking back toward center city we have low level clouds out there this morning, a little bit of patchy fog and some of areas we're seeing light shower activity and spotty drizzle. we're zoomed into lancaster county where route 30 and 222 intersect. we have light showers. every now and then you start to see a little bit more of a shower always indicated by the yellow. it will be steadier or heavier, but brief passing by to the southwest 10 to 150 miles per hour. later this afternoon we expect to this develop again, but it's not going to be a washout. this is a wider view. this is drifting off to the southwest, 10 to 15 miles per hour. nothing going on across the rest of the viewing area. as future tracker 6 shows you with the heating of the sun we'll see showers pop up

carolina, looks like it will travel in between the two, it currently has winds up to 80 miles per hour it's a category one storm. it will continue to drift on by to the north 200, 225 miles to the east of atlantic city this is a friendly track for us. we'll see some impacts with this, but the worst of the storm should pass by out to sea. 200 miles out to sea the most likely track brush of rain, a tremendous amount of wave actions, ten feet plus and dangerous rip currents i'm advising everybody from now through wednesday evening stay out of the water. this is the less likely scenario 50 miles per hour offshore, the impacts would be greater, even this is not too much for the jersey shore to handle. would be a little bit more than what we are forecasting now. tropical storm maria, this yellow line is irma's path ten

a new study shines the light on the risk of taking antidepressants during pregnancy. 3% of the children were diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. the kids of mother who took them while pregnant were likely to be diagnosed with mood, anxiety or mood or autism spectrum disorders. company has partnered with a group of clinicians to test the heart rate sensor on the watch to detect abnormal heart rhythms. not all abnormal rhythms are a sign of problems, but they can detect stroke and other complications.

miss in the open waters of the atlantic. remember we were talking about the quadrants yesterday. you can see how lopsided the wind field is on that. they extend 30 miles out. the worst part of the hurricane is here, as it travels to the north, the worst part stays offshore and we miss out on that. the pattern we'll stick with it, looks good to me, monday evening, through wednesday morning, delaware beaches and jersey shore, waves up to ten feet, dangerous rip currents and beach erosion and winds 40 to 45 miles per hour and rain for the jersey shore and the delaware beaches. we have a warning for you if you're in the market for a used car. 1 million cars have been damaged in hurricane harvey and hurricane irma. they may be showing up on used car lots.

>> reporter: hurricane irma's flood didn't spare cars, between 200 and 4,000 cars in florida may have been flooded that's on top of hurricane harvey flooding half a million and 1 million vehicles. as we said these cars could show up for sale in matter of days. before the storm there was a 20% increase in flood cars back on the road in the past year according to car fax. >> water and electronics don't mix. it's like putting a computer into the bathtub. it's impossible to tell when the system breaks down, but sooner than later, mechanical and electrical and safety systems could be compromised. >> reporter: some vehicle owners who may not be insured hide what happened to their cars. we see how after sandy they took a car and made it presentable

we had several weeks. the last weeks of august into september, and then irma ran up the east coast and we got into the arm muggies again, we'll continue to see that over the next week or so. we'll focus on jose in the broadcast. it will stay warm and humid in the entire seven-day forecast. i'll have more on the track in ten minutes or so. coastal impacts huge waves are expected we could see waves up to ten feet if not higher that will create beach erosion and there will be the dangerous rip currents. it would be my suggestion to all of you at home if you're going to the beaches today or tomorrow, stay out of the water it's not worth its too dangerous. 70 in philadelphia. muggy, 70 degrees in allentown. 72 in reading, 73 in cape may. 69 degrees in trenton. as we take a look at the forecast for the phillies game heading to citizens bank park,

intersection of route 38 and chapel avenue in cherry hill at 10:00 p.m. last night. the victim was taken to cooper university hospital to be treated. the driver of the car did stop, no word about charges being filed. breaking news this morning, from london, scotland yard said it has arrested a second man in connection with the friday subway attack. a 21-year-old was arrested late last night. so far he has not been charged. an 18-year-old man was arrested yesterday in an area where ferries depart for france. isis claimed response ebilities for the attack -- responsibility for the attack. britain remains at a critical level the highest alert level because authorities believe another attack is immanent. >> the terror attack and the threat from north korea is expected to be addressed in president trump's speech to the united nation. he expects thal lies to come --

2 1/2 in allentown. everybody else is doing all right. we have low lying clouds, but we don't have the fog until you go into lancaster, berks and lehigh valley. we have showers picking them up on storm tracker 6 live. we set it in motion to you, lancaster county drifting off to the west/southwest at 15 miles per hour getting ready to push into york and gettysburg south central pennsylvania. future tracker 6 suggests though, more showers could pop up with the heating of the day. after lunchtime, 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., west of philadelphia. that will continue to be the trend through the afternoon and early evening hours, every now and then you notice we see yellows and oranges here. that could mean something heavier than a shower. everything should move along quickly, we don't expect to see the drenching downpours like what delaware county saw yesterday around 7:00 p.m. it delayed the phillies game for a little bit. they saw a tremendous amount of

rain they picked up 2 1/2 inches in delaware county. nobody saw anything at all it was the one area. showers peppering the area, tomorrow afternoon, increasing clouds, one or two showers, it shunlt -- should not be anything significant. warm and humid, showers possible, 84. heading back down to the tropics we have two systems we're watching. lee is a fish storm it's off the screen that will move like this and out into the open waters of atlantic. jose just to the north and then we have maria over the carribean islands both storms will come close to making landfall. jose should stay out to sea, you never know with these things. it's a category one storm with winds up to 80 miles per hour. every single tropical forecast model lifts it to the north and eventually it makes a right hand

turn. some of the latest guidance shows it making a loop back toward the coast. i have to tell you with the tropical systems it's a very rare track so i'm not leaning that way. it will pull north an make the right hand turn. it will be close enough to feel impacts down the jersey shore. rain on tuesday, winds gusts 40 miles per hour. you will see tremendous waves, ten feet maybe higher and dangerous rip currents monday evening through wednesday morning. outside of that we should be all right. tropical storm maria over the leeward islands and over the turks and caicos and the bahamas, this is the same track hurricane irma went through ten to 14 days ago. now, what's going to be a question mark from this point on, once it gets into this part of the atlantic by friday does it move west or come up the coast like jose is doing right now. this is another storm we have to
