jacket. that guy is still following tribei. that guy runs up, grabs the phone out of tribait's hand and takes off but tribait gives chase. from this point on you can't see much but you can see what's happening. it appears the guy who has the phone saying stop chasing me, stop following me. i'll shoot you, i'll kill. but he repeats that over and over again. >> how can people be that stupid? you know what a livestream is. your face is in the video. we saw you snatching it and threatening somebody live and the stream is still going. >> the video ends soon after. i was left questioning is this authentic? we have seen people pull stuff like this to increase livestreams. we did more digging and found this. looks like an investigative report filed at the los angeles police department looks like this is the real deal.
