afternoon nice -- temperatures this afternoon nice and toasty. tomorrow we're in the low 90s. 68 degrees in philadelphia. of 2 in allentown. 50 in the poconos, humidity nice and low. dover, 64. cape may, 69. satellite and radar we're going to see a lot of sunshine today we have a huge area of high pressure or ridge dominating the overall weather pattern sitting over top of the mid atlantic states. that means you will see high, thin wispy clouds this morning, by afternoon it's bright blue skies. what you saw on the right-hand side of the screen that's the remnants of jose, believe it or not, it's spinning off the coast of the nantucket. that will bring in the huge waves down the shore. that's the only issue today, large waves and rough surf and dangerous rip currents. back home, mostly sunny skies, warm, 82 degrees by 11:00 a.m.

1:00 a.m. the impact threw the victim about 75 feet. he is in critical condition after undergoing surgery at temple university hospital. police are in the process of obtaining surveillance video from several cameras in that area. this morning police in montgomery county want to talk to greg if he -- greg feldman in connection with a shooting at a home. >> my dog was barking and i heard more screaming and more shots, at that point i realized it sounded like gunfire. mary johnson lives across the street from this home on long meadow drive where police converged after a woman was shot twice. after hearing the second round of shots johnson saw the gunman leave. >> stared at him and wondered what was going on, he never

looked at me he got in the car and drove away. >> district attorney said investigators are looking for 30-year-old greg feldman from harleysville. the victim knew him. >> he had been involved with the victim's daughter at some point in time. johnson said after the shooting the victim and her husband waited on the front porch for first responders. >> she handled it very well she was calm and conscious the whole time. he was the applying pressure to the wound until the paramedics arrived. >> reporter: grand view hospital in verlsville -- cellarsville went into lockdown. he had a grudge with a doctor nearby. he was seen a driving a mazda. d.a. stressed he needs to be found. >> we believe him to be armed

irmas was the most intense storm western florida ever saw. hurricane maria that was the worse storm port reek co-has ever seen. maria is still out there. once maria makes the right-handd turn out to sea, that may be all she wrote. eagles, if you're heading to the linc, temperatures will skyrocket into the 90s by the 4th quarter. mostly sunny, hot and muggy. first quarter temperature, 87. normal high is 75. we're 12 degrees off the seasonal average. 4th quarter, sunny skies and temperatures are somewhere between 90 and 92. some really hot stuff is on the way.

42-year-old victim was injured at 11:30. he was taken to temple university hospital where he was listed in critical condition. investigators have not indicated a motive. murder charges have been filed against a driver in a horrific crash in bucks county. the crash killed a young man and left his girlfriend injured in bedminster three weeks ago. trish hartman trish has the latest. >> reporter: 30-year-old jaqulyn jones was charged in connection with the deadly crash on route 611 august 30. police say she had numerous prescription drugs in her system quloogd -- including fentanyl when she across across crossed e and killed the man and injuredded girlfriend. >> she was charged with murder because she was on her third dui. >> reporter: she was granted an

degree. philadelphia police are trying to determine if charges should be filed after a three-year-old shot his uncle. this happened at 16th and arch streets in center city yesterday afternoon. police say the little boy was in a car, but somehow got out of his safety seat and got his hands on a nine millimeter handgun that was tucked under the front seat. he fired the weapon and his 24-year-old uncle was hit in the shoulder. >> the man was standing by the car, i seen the blood, bullet hole and exit wound and all that. >> the victim was treated at the hospital and released. starting to rise. satellite and radar we'll see mainly clear conditions from start to finish. basically what's going on today and tomorrow, actually the next four or five days we have a huge area of high pressure anchored over the mid atlantic states. if this was july we would be talking about high temperatures between 95 and 100. it's a huge high pressure system. that high is in control of the numbers, that's why it's warming up over the next few days. hurricane jose is sitting off the coast of cape cod producing all the waves and dangerous rip currents. all the beautiful fall-like weather is to the west. there's the jet stream right there. ebola west of the line it's chilly, temperatures are in the 20s and 30s across the northern rockies. everybody south and east of the line it's warm and humid across the dixie south. wichita 73. omaha, 72. 49 in bismarck.
