is the health hazard at holy glen elementary in gloucester county. nora muchanic is live with the details. >> reporter: monica, parents say they are complaining for years that the school is making their kids sick and now we may know why that is happening. ten rooms here were tested and all of them had mold in various places and the board of education is asked to okay a plan to temporarily shut down holly glen elementary to be cleaned up. >> 7-year-old andrew petry in the blue shirt and his pal matthew should be in school but their parents kept them home because they believe the school is making them sick. >> it was the very first day back of school. comes home the first day of school and is sick. >> cough and sneeze and stuffy nose. that is what it feels like. >> both boys are students at holly glen elementary and air

quality tests show a proliferation of mold and specters recommend the school be closed down for the safety of children and staff. >> they were high enough in my estimation that we need to take proactive movement. they are recommending the open shutting down of holly glen and it can be replaced. andrew petry's dad thinks it should have been before school started. >> they should have done it over summer but to put the kids back in school and into harms way should not have happened. >> they say the students will be relocated to three other schools in the district and more information will come shortly. parents of sick children say it's about time something is done. matthew missed 20 to 25 days of school last year because of respiratory issues and had a truancy officer calling his

touched a teenager inappropriately in the back of an ambulance. "action news" reporter john rawlins live at west goshen police with the details on this. >> allegedly the crime took place early one morning before 5:00 a.m. inside a local medical vehicle a teenager was part of a ride along program part of an endeavor where those enrolled get a look at first responder. 50-year-old ken kenneth mason at the time of the alleged crime he was employed by chester hospitals paramedic unit. a 17-year-old told police he was riding with mason in a hospital vehicle early october and road into this track of land. >> he parked in a dark area and started to feel uncomfortable. >> the young man fell asleep but came aware of mason indecently

assaulting him and making obscene comments. >> our victim gets scared at that time and pretends to wake up and immediately go to like he is doing something in the vehicle, trying to pretend like he did not realize what was happening. the young man said he considered mason amen ter and has hopes to be a flight paramedic. and is a long time paramedic with the jet staff service and mason's attorney says his client will vehemently challenge the charges and that the 17 continued to ride along with mason that morning taking a 6:00 a.m. call. >> it does not end until 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. he when on the call after this happened and stayed later than he needed to and was talking to my client about the positive remarks about how well he handled the call. >> mason faces charge, both a

forecast thursday night. cecily tynan is here with the warm details. and we mean really warm. >> it doesn't feel like october at all and still looks like summer. head over to the action center, sky 6 hd looking at camden and lots of clouds and breezy and notice the leaves are green but a lot of people looking forward to the fall foliage. i have to be honest though the setup is not ideal. fall so far has been dry and it's been warm. you kind of want the opposite if you want really vivid colors, the fall leaf outlook should stall the foliage. some of the trees actually started to turn and now any early color is turning brown and since we have not had much rain the leaves are a little bit stressed and the color is likely dull and if the dry trend continues any leaves that turn will be falling pretty quickly. that is the bad news, the good

news is, some areas are starting to peak and we have high color in parts of the adirondacks and northern areas of new england and as far as here it's low but we are seeing a moderate color starting in the poconos. it looks like two weeks the poconos will be peaking not the best foliage season but some color. it feels like summer, 80 in philadelphia and 81 last hour, that is 11 degrees above normal. trenton 80 and millville also 80 and cape may cooler and mild though. 75 allentown 79 and poconos 69. satellite and radar showing we started the day with sunshine and the slow moving frontal boundary got close enough to send the clouds our way and central pennsylvania an area of of showers and a lot of them will break up and some survive the trip over the mountains and that means a few evening showers

say the time is now to ban the bump stocks and expect legislation to happen soon. >> after 58 people were gunned down by one shooter in las vegas late sunday night. the conversation for gun control is joined by the nra, they believe that devices designed to allow semi automatic rifles to function like full automatic lifeles should be suggest to regulations. he used the attachments allowing his rifle to act like an automatic weapon like a machine gun. >> the gun owner in reno says his store is almost soldout. >> a lot of people are calling in to buy those because they are sure they are going to be outlawed. now they are legal and cost $100. >> and the goal is prohibit these deadly devices that caused so much death and destruction.

and still in the upper 70s to the north and west and lancaster and wilmington 69 degrees in the poconos. temperatures today did run close to 12 degrees above normal for the city. clouds again moving in a boundary that is draped across pennsylvania and it moves its way into the oef ohio valley and stays on the warmer side of the front pittsburgh to buffalo, the rain is really falling apart. could be a brief shower or two. especially north or west of philadelphia this evening. mostly cloudy and 58 in the suburbs and 66 for center city and high pressure to the northern and south. we are wedged in between with this warm front and the front is just to the north and stays warm and 82 degrees with the sun kind of fighting the clouds at times tomorrow and the sun should win out most of the time. and on saturday, the sun lifts to the northern and low pressure
