trish? >> reporter: walter, up down austin drive, you'll see damage like this, a lot of smashed up side mirror, a few smashed out windows. we obtained surveillance video from a neighbor that shows the suspect in action. this surveillance footage shows a vehicle driving by one of the victims' cars around 5:00 a.m. you can see the side mirror fly off and into the sidewalk. it doesn't stop. keeps on going down austin drive. action news was on scene around 10:00 this morning as police were investigating. neighbors say they woke up to damaged side mirrors and smashed out windows and called police. this happened between 200 and 500 blocks of austin drive. about two dozen vehicles damaged. some neighbors had multiple vehicles hit and are hoping for an arrest >> i noticed the van was hit too and i called the cops. the cop came down the street and he said that there was 28 cars hit on this street alone. >> reporter: no word yet if
