gloucester county celebrated the anniversary of the county wide medical services, the first and only county run service of its kind in the state of new jersey. steve sweeney was at the county ems office if clayton to mark the milestone. he was a county freeholder when the service was created in 2007 to better serve gloucester's most rural communities and the ems average response time just under 6 minutes, nearly 3 minutes faster than required.
