philadelphia, a man in his 20s was shot to death while sitting in his car. the shooter is still on the loose. it happened on the boardwalk portion of the schuylkill river trail in philadelphia. a woman sh says she was aall thd and groped and no one stopped to help her. chris christie has the story. >> the victim says she was ending her run when a group of teens road past one groping her and others using profanity. she saw the teens on the trail before but never felt she would have an encounter with them like this. >> i felt someone grope me. i turned and saw a boy laughing. >> feeling violated this woman who didn't want to show her face said she found herself surrounded by bikes on the

>> those massive wildfires sweeping through california continue to cause widespread destruction and take lives. 3500 homes and businesses have been reduced to ashes. 22 wildfires have been burning out of control since sunday night. the governor has declared a state of emergency for yuma and napa county. firefighters are working around the clock to save others while their own homes are burning. tonight, tens of thousands are on the move under mandatory evacuation orders. >> myself and my friends, seven of us from the santa rosa police department that did lose our homes. tonight, the wildfires ranked as the third deadliest and most

destructive in state history. >> there are new questions about how long it took the staff at the mandalay hotel to call police after stephen paddock fired his shot. this call is from a maintenance worker who had been targeted. >> call the police. someone is firing a gun on the 32nd floor down the hallway. >> police say that call was made several minutes before paddock began firing into the crowd below. that maintenance worker was not hit but shortly after a security guard was. he then fired into the crowd killing 58 people. in a statement, mgm pledged support for the victims but offered no clarification about what happened that night. >> ten fraternity brothers were arrested in the hazing death of a freshman.

our high tomorrow struggles to make it to the upper 60s, allentown 66, trenton 65 and cape may 67-degrees. the low pressure i'm tracking across western pennsylvania producing showers. what this will do is dive to the south off of the coast of virginia. tomorrow, we get wind flow out of the northeast keeping us cool and cloudy. tomorrow morning, 67:00, lingering showers and cross south jersey and delaware. a lot of clouds through the day. clouds break late in the afternoon. we see peeks of sunshine tomorrow night. thursday night into friday, clouds creep up from the south and have a few areas of drizzle friday morning. hurricane ophelia was born today. this is the tenth consecutive tropical storm in the atlantic
