you think they caught them. they created a barrier. the car we were riding in pulled up on the van. the van driver is like hi 5-0, pulls on the front car, finally the person stops. >> not quite. bye. >> now we're full speed ahead and they're chasing him again. they go from the highway on the straight street. >> oh,! nice move. >> and that's where the chase comes to an end. they start trying to knock out the windows. they're successful in doing that and does arrest this fella. the man driving the van went the wrong wap on the round about. he hit another vehicle, stopped to apologize, and then took off. this situation happened in august, but he recently admit today two charges of dangerous driving and was jailed for 23 months. >> yikes! >> we're back doing what they do best, messing with people's
