is the first appearance in cord for radee prince. >> it all began yesterday morning at 9:00 a.m. when officials say that prince opened fire at an office complex where he worked in suburban baltimore. and two hours later prince allegedly shot a man twice in wilmington and was captured in newark near glasgow high school. we are learning about prince and his criminal past. chad pradelli is live with that part of the story. >> reporter: yes, radee prince was well known to authorities, he has a long list of arrests and convictions from at ledged shooting in maryland and here in delaware yesterday two other crimes on the west coast. >> and the attorney general's office says that caddy prince has nearly 200 felony and misdemeanor arrests in delaware and court records reveal more in the state of washington and the startling number has some questioning why prince was on

the streets but law professor says it's important to separate the arrests from convictions, all of them in delaware led to a guilty plea into 2002 for burglaries. >> we are all looking for an answer but because of the lack of violent convictions it's hard in this case. and the lack of anything involving a weapon. i think too. it makes it so hard. in that case prince was sentenced to 25 years but the sentence was a suspended one after two years incarceration. >> in delaware they have the concept with regard to sentencing, it can be suspended and allow the person to serve time and if they do okay. they can move to the next lower level of supervision for example and get released. >> the ag's office says that radee prince was involved in a violent altercation ball last

year. best friend with prince's brother. ball told police he tried to flee in his vehicle thinking prince was armed with a gun and he rammed prince as he fled fearing for his life and the ag's office dropped the case for a lack of eyewitnesss and he sued ball for minor injuries to his face and ribs. the civil case is still ongoing. >> i spoke to prince's brother a short time ago off camera. he said his brother had anger issues but didn't expect anything that allegedly happened yesterday. and his families thoughts are with the victims. live in wilmington, delaware, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. philadelphia police are still looking for a suspect after a deadly shooting in hunting park. police were called to the scene at the 3800 block of north marshall street at 3:30 this morning.

they found a 24-year-old man shot in the chest and died at temple university hospital an hour later. police in bucks county are investigating a rivalry prank that many say went too far, a deer carcass was found hanging at a high school football stadium ahead of the big match-up. we are live now in doylestown where the discovery was made. >> reporter: rick, when student as rived this morning, many of them saw the deer carcass hanging from the back of the bleachers at bucks west war memorial stadium and it started to circulate at social media and police report was filed and students were informed that there is an ongoing investigation. >> this is the digitized image of the deer carcass hanging from

the bleachers. it was first discoverd this morning as student as rived to start their day at the doylestown school. >> i showed up when they were taking the deer off the stadium. it was kind of heart breaking and the school removed the carcass and called police. it's about one thing and one thing only the saturday football game against arch rival central bucks east. they are the cb west bucks the deer being their mascot and a long history of taunting the other team ahead of the big match-up and even prior match-ups involving dead deer but students feel hanging the deer carcass went too far. >> i understand it's a rivalry and a big game but stuff like that is just really disrespectful. >> the district superintendant says that the central bucks district does not condone acted of vandalism such as these and

camden county and authorities are investigating a stabbing here on the 1800 block of west browning road. it happened at 3:00 p.m. and people did not release details on a motive of why. police are investigating at the scene. they were rushed to cooper medical center and a stabbing in bellmawr, camden county. turning to health check the fda approves another gene therapy and this one targets non-hodgkins lymphoma. >> and this is the second gene therapy approved to treat cancer and the first was at the end of august for a type of leukemia and many say it's a milestone and giving hope for the treatment of other deadly diseases. the treatment works by taking a person's own f. t cells by fighting the cancer and there are cases of

the second accident of the afternoon on i-95 in the northbound direction on allegheny on the new surface, the bad news is the crash and the one before it caused major delays, and northbound is backed up from columbus boulevard to allegheny and the right lane is blocked and crash on the turn took each and the delay his a domino effect. on the turnpike and the blue route northbound and those go back to the schuylkill. a mess in the conshohocken area this afternoon. and heading out of lehigh valley county into northampton county a crash on 78 gone from the eastbound lanes and slow there traveling through allentown you may be better off on 22. and plumstead county, watch forever a crash on point pleasant pike at durham road and fire and police are there helping you through the busy intersection. >> rick and monica, it has been a busy one. >> thank you. septa will replace route 11
