we're something one to three inches of rain from the system and that could cause low lying flooding areas of poor drainage flooding and especially near the smaller creeks and streams. let's take a look at storm tracker 6. we have a couple of bands and heavier rain. it's moving from south to north and even though you don't see too much going on. all of that will start to fill in over the next few hours as this band gets closer, it will move in around 9:00, 10:00 a.m. through 3:00, 3:30, we'll be expecting the heavier rains. as the afternoon wares on. cloudy and damn. periods of rain a soaking driving rain by afternoon, street flooding is a good possible, 68 degrees is the

of rain, when these bands come through, it will come down, so this is the first ban here, this moisture stays to the west. this ban gets in by 9:00, 10:00 this morning followed by yet another down there off coast of the carolinas. that will be lifting north and getting here during the opening the hours, when those bands come through again, that's when the heavy rain starts to pull on in. here's future tracker 6. by 1:00 eagles taking on the 49ers looking for steadier periods of around or a couple of showers. then kind of reloads during the evening hours and we start seeing these oranges and red, and this is heavy rain, where rainfall rates could be at least half inch to three quarters per hour, that will then lift north up into the lehigh valley and see darker reds here. this is what we call the rap around or the backlash so far to the north we get this kind of moisture pin he wheeling rounds.

the lighter green starting to show up across sussex and kent county, this particular band, yellows the oranges and reds, i was looking at observations around the richmond and dc area, this is producing a good half inch to three quarters, this arrives around 9:00 a.m. and this will probably arrive late in the afternoon. we zoomed into lancaster county, 222, route 30, you can see the heavier rain pushing through kirkwood and coreyville, smithville, lifting to the north about 15 to 25 miles per hour. we are expecting the coverage to continue to increase over the next few hours, the intensity will increase. dayplanner looks like this. the first batch gets in from 9:00 a.m. steady soaking rain and somewhat of a break oh r a lull in action from 1:00 to about 3:00 or 4:00,

richmond, another band off the coast of the carolinas lifting to the north as the coastal storm gets going, as it continues to blossom and intensify, these bands will lift north and intensify. there's lancaster right now, there's smithville, getting lancaster. wakefield area lifting north over route 30 heading into berks county and into the lehigh valley and again everybody will get in on the act here over the next few hour, it may be quiet across south jersey and the lehigh valley right now. but that's going to change here in two or three hour, temperatures are very, very mild. the normal high for this time of year, that right there, 63, we're sitting there, temperatures will continue to climb over the next few hour, but look at the colder air knocking on the door. 38 right now in pittsburgh. 36 in charleston, 42 in buffalo, windchills down into low 30's across portions of the tennessee and ohio valleys, as the storm

an 86-year-old woman was killed last tuesday when she was hit by a new jersey transit bus. people that shop and work there is have been expressing concern that the approach of that bus stop were dangerous, demonstrators were urging law management to relocate the bus stop. a grieving mother has come forward asking for help. here's rick williams with this morning's crime fighter's report. >> he loved his family and his family loved him. >> reporter: a simple sentiment from a mother about her 28-year-old son, he was inside his apartment saturday, may 23rd, 2015. his building sits along the 5600 block of ogontz avenue in the olney section. about 12:45 p.m. police were called to webb's
