from accu weather >> we've been tracking the rain on and off throughout the day. rain starting to fill in once again along 95 corridor and points to the north and west. we had a lull earlier but that moisture is starting to come in from the south to north direct, heavy rain right now across close to sections of new jersey. we're going tighter on street level with storm tracker 6. you can see pockets of rain into medford lakes, same thing in hammonton. atlantic city expressway dealing with pockets of moisture, and delaware between wilmington and smyrna in a we got the pockets of heavy rain. storm tracker 6 live double scan radar 3d showing rain coming in the south to north direct, starting to move in across much of the delaware and lehigh valleys and heavy rain as well across the areas in new england. as far as the rain we've seen so far in newark, a little more than an inch of a quarter.

1.22 inch, harvey cedars. more is likely. the flash flood watch stays until midnight on the i95 corridor areas south and east and lehigh valley and north hampton and mercy counties. we're tracking the rain heavy at the coast but starting to intensity along the i95 corridor and points to the north and west. poor drainage flooding is a bing and strong winds gusting anywhere from 40 to 50 miles per hour. we'll take a closer look in the exclusive accu-weather forecast. wet weather brought down a tree in delaware county. this was the scene in brook haven. intersection was shutdown because a tree brought down power lines with it. a parked car got scratched up but no injuries have been reported. no word at this hour when the roadway will reopen.

this was the scene in new castle. a creek partially overflowed a second of airport road. commuters were warned to avoid the area. stay on top of the soggy conditions at 6abc.com/weather. along with live storm tracker 6 radar. now to breaking news one person is been shot outside the king of prussia mall in montgomery county. police tell us victim was shot multiple times in the parking lot on the north side of the mall. upper merion police have been on the scene investigating since about 4:00, we're told the mall is still open. we have a crew on the way to the scene. we'll keep you updated as we confirm more details. . five years ago today, super storm sandy slammed the jersey shore causing $29 billion in damage. chris christie said more than 5500 damaged homes have been

tractor-trailer lost control somehow and slammed it into the jersey barrier. why that happened is still under investigation. if news is the driver was incredibly uninjured and managed to escape from the cab of a truck before it went up in flames. according to police, he was hauling some type of machinery when emergency crews rushed in they were confronted with the 18 wheeler fully engulfed while having to control traffic. work began to clean up the mess and fix a bad's damaged barrier. despite how bad the accident was the highway is reopen and for the truck driver, he's ok, he was able to escape. reporting in newport, bob brooks. three people seriously injured in camden county. the driver lost control which flipped over on 42 southbound in exit 10. first responders arrived on the scene after 3:15 and all three people inside the vehicle were taken to cooper university

you 7:00 p.m. lots of rain here in philadelphia. temperature at 64, holding the lower 60's as we go throughout the rest of tonight. it will be cloudy and rainy and 10:00 and 11:00 the wind will start to pick up on the back side of this as it presses up into new england. satellite 6 along with action radar we had a bit of a lull but the rain starting to fill back in for the i95 corridor and points to the north and west. we're tracking that rain from the south that will continue to work its way north ward as we go throughout the the rest of the evening hours. something else to keep in mind, in addition to the flash flood watch posted for a good portion of the viewing area, we got a flood warning for portions of atlantic, burlington county and also ocean county so the flood warning stays until midnight. green shaded counties could pick up additional one to two inches. flooding is a big concern across coastal communities the call from accu weather,

miles per hour in dover. the exclusive seven-day forecast showing you more than rain tomorrow, it will be windy afternoon. a high temperature of 58. we'll get this moisture out of here and it's a cool treat for halloween tuesday, high temperature at 58 and cool tuesday night. wednesday in at 55. we'll start to get milder thursday and friday. will bring back the threat of rain, tracking it for rest of tonight. two people including a 16-year-old were stabbed in the olney section of philadelphia overnight. police were called to the 5600 block of park avenue about 12:30 this morning, investigators found a trail of blood including a bloody sweatshirt. officials tell action news the 16-year-old and 18-year-old were brought to i understand hospital with multiple stab wounds. the 16-year-old is listed in critical condition. the 18-year-old remains in stable condition. so far, no arrests have been made. the search is on for the person who shot and killed a man in southwest philadelphia overnight. shots were fired at about 2:00 this morning on the 7300 block

of west passyunk avenue. officials say the unidentified victim was rushed to penn presbyterian with a gunshot wound to the hedge died a short time later. no word on a possible motive. a frankford man has been cited with his third dui after crashing with his 7-year-old son in the car. police say ra lon devoe of frankford. crashed on friday and hit a pole. he grabbed his son and they started walking until a passing motorist picked him up. a georgetown delaware man. delaware state police received numerous calls about him drying erratically. six minutes later it had been reported it had been side swiped. police caught up with him. a century it's been a uniquely south jersey treat. if you're not from south jersey,
