zack is live in washington, d.c. with more. >> reporter: good afternoon, in just about an hour and a half we are expected to hear from the attorneys of paul manafort and rick gates who will be here answering questions that include among other things charges against conspiracy against the united states and false statements and money laud -- laud --laundering. paul manafort will be here with his attorney general. the 12 counts include conspiracy against the united states, false statements and composer to launder money saying they moved money through hidden bank

i should say. we're looking at a big change over the last four or five hours. we woke up with that the last bit of rain coming through. we had ponding and puddling with the heavier stuff coming through. it's cooler, 55 degrees in philadelphia. currently. 53 in allentown. 54 in trenton. 5 in wilmington, 54 in cape may. as we go through the rest of the afternoon we're looking at temperatures hovering close to 55 probably going up to 56 or so around 3:00 p.m. not much change there, lots of sunshine a few clouds. 6:00 p.m., 52. 8:00 p.m., 50, down in the upper 40s by 10:00 p.m. it will be a chilly overnight. what to expect for the rest of the afternoon, obviously the rain is gone, the sun is roaring back. it is breezy. we had a wind advisory with wind

"action news." >> a delaware family got a startling wake-up call when a large korea crashed -- tree crashed down on the house. this is the 100 block of west delaware avenue in claymont. the owners waiting for crews to removie the tree -- remove the tree to further assess the damage. a robbery suspect was shot in the king of prussia mall. happened yesterday afternoon when the mall was packed with shoppers. jeanette reyes is live with the latest. jennette. >> reporter: rick, as you mentioned, outside the d.a.'s office where charges could be announced within a matter of hours as the suspect is in the hospital recovering from at least one gunshot wounds that he got in a shootout with police yesterday afternoon. >> it's kind of scary. it's always been a safe area, i grew up around here. >> i was shocked because i've been coming here for years, i

felt safe here. >> reporter: the man suspected in four armed robberies spanning two states is recovering from gunshot wounds. the montgomery county district attorney's office is holding his identity until charges are filed. this was the violent end to the man's final alleged carjacking that occurred on the second floor of a parking garage off king of prussia mall outside lord and taylor sunday afternoon. >> he rammed two police cars and attempting to run down officers from merion township police that were on foot. >> reporter: this is police combing the area for evidence. a 89-millimeter handgun was recovered. police are looking to see if he is the same suspect that carjacked anle 7-year-old man in -- an 87-year-old man in delaware. >> during that robbery, the

lots of blue upstairs with a few clouds here and there. we transitions to sunshine and expecting it to stay sunny this afternoon. it's cool, 55 degrees and wind out of the west at 22 miles per hour. earlier this morning right up until a few minutes ago there was a wind advisory across the region with wind gusts 40 to 50 miles per hour that has expired we're seeing the winds drop off a little bit, it's going to be on the breezy side this afternoon, i would be careful of any additional brancheses that have been weakened by the stronger winds that might want to come. 53 in allentown. 54 in trenton. 53 in cape may. i don't expect the numbers to change a whole lot. this will be one, two, three degrees above the afternoon high. 40-mile an hour gusts down the ac airport. gusts around 30 and easing in the afternoon and evening.

there goes that rain, had a lot of it on sunday at times. kind of a steady, nuisance like to moderate rain during the eagles game. heavier stuff came in later on. lehigh valley sun is back, windy and chilly, high of 57. better than yesterday. same thing at the shore, sun in the process of returning, windy and chilly, high of 58. philadelphia, sun and clouds around windy and chilly, high of 56 degrees. the winds gusting up to 30 or so for the next several hours and again they will start to die down. overnight tonight we get southwest winds 5 to 10 miles per hour. 45 the overnight low in philadelphia. some suburbs getting down to 40 in the overnight hours. we get to halloween. halloween does look like it's still dry. mostly clear during the morning, afternoon and evening. chilly, might be a little bit breezy, not as bad as today, but breezy winds around.
