everyone has a phone, they have a camera. many parts of the attack and how it unfolded was captured on camera. we were able to compile it and see it on social media. >> some of the first to arrive were simply those close enough and with a cellphone in hand, they captured the attack and its aftermath as it was unfolding. up close, a panoramic view from the skyscraper above. you can clearly see the severity of the impact. the suspect would then get out of the truck and run. some witnesses filled as he made his way through the streets and others took mental notes on the event. >> the driver didn't look like he was bleeding best of my recollection he had a dragging of the foot a bit and screaming
