tonight is breaking news in the port richmond section of philadelphia. chopper 6 is live over amber and vernager streets where two people were shot to death. this happened 40 minutes ago. police responded to reports of gunshots and found the victims dead inside the suv. as you can see, the search for the gunman sp unde is under way. >> tonight a small victory for the law against gun violence. >> police in chester arrested a man for purchasing six guns for sale on the street. reporter dann cuellar is live at chester police headquarters. what's the story? >> jim, authorities continue to go hard after straw gun purchases under the brad fox law. the latest is a man that knew he

strayer university. a consumer alert tonight, 40,000,000 fire extinguishers are being recalled. the safety commission says the extinguishers plastic nozzles could become clogged and fail to activate when you need them most. this cites the death of a 22-year-old man in malvern. police tried to save him with the defective extinguishers, but they didn't work. his family received a settlement. >> consumers are buying just about everything online these days including used cars. it's convenient way to search and could save you money.
