good afternoon sara is off and we begin with breaking news at this hour. authorities are back at the scene of a medical clinic in montgomery county amid an on going investigation. it's happening at the advanced urgent care center in willow grove. bob brooks is live at the facility with more on what brought police to the location in the first place this morning. >> reporter: rick, we think it was long lines of people waiting to get inside of the advanced urgent care that triggered an on going federal investigation into this place. i'll step out the way and show you. you won't see anyone out here now because the police had shown up here and there were people here but once the tv camera came out people started to scatter. this is what it was like a few hours ago. lines of people looking through

threatening the deputies on his way to jail and he is facing charges for that. i got off the phone with the dei dea and they are aware of effect go on here but that is on ongoing investigation and that is why they are allowed to open. and breaking this noon. army sergeant bowe bergdahl will not spend time behind bars. a judge decided to give him a dishonorable discharge and reduction in rank and the 30-year-old plead guilty last month. for desertion and held five years by the taliban after walking off his post in afghanistan. and philadelphia police are investigating a murder-suicide.

two people were found dead inside of a suv on the 500 block of amber street in port richmond, philadelphia, katherine scott is live with the latest. >> reporter: there were family members on the scene this morning, they were too distraught to talk, and neighbors describe a tumultuous relationship with that man and woman and devastated it came to this. >> i heard two shots, shots fired and side of this suv in port richmond at 10:15 p.m. at first neighbors did not realize what happened. and he went to check out the source of the sound and found a man and woman shot inside of the honda crv in an apparent murder-suicide. >> was worried about the safety that is it. >> the vehicle was parked on the 3500 block of amber street and believe that a 49-year-old man shot the 37-year-old woman in

the drivers seat before turning the gun on himself. >> both were suffering from gunshot wounds to their heads and medics pronounced them both dead at the scene. >> neighbors say they had a troubled past and they were seen arguing this the streets. and this investigation is active and ongoing by the homicide division. live at police headquarters, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. one person was seriously injured when a car drove into the back a school bus today here in newcastle. the bus was stopped waiting to pick up the first students of the day and the car crashed into it. a wounded camden county police officer remains hospitalized in stable condition. the 21-year-old officer gave a thumbs up from his hospital bed yesterday a day after he was shot in the thigh while chasing a suspect. police say that 19-year-old pulled the trigger and he is

police are searching for the manta shot three people inside of a starbucks including a 12-year-old boy it happened on the north side of chicago and investigators believe that the gunman is involved in a gun deal on the street and chased a man into the starbucks and opened fire while innocent people were waiting in line and a second man was rushed to the hospital in serious condition and the child is expected to survive. the starbuck remains closed

today as the police continue to search for the gunman. a college professor was injured in a small explosion on the unc campus. video shows the professor trying to stomp out the fire at the base of a large tree before the blast went off at the university of north carolina and remains hospitalized with first and second degree burns and they believe it was set by a student. a pilot and passenger are okay after their small plane made a crash landing on to a golf course in los angeles. the pair climbed out and met paramedics that treated them for minor injuries, the plane was heading to north las vegas airport and the faa is now investigating. coming up tonight at 11:00 you pay monitor what your children are doing online but do you know who is talking to them.
