flee. officer bell stopped the car for a vehicle registration. >> the vehicle took off. the officer notified his supervisor. >> moments later, officers received word that the car struck an suv and flipped over with the three women inside. all from if philadelphia. police say one of the women got out of the upside down car and tried to carjack another car nearby. >> the woman tried to get into another woman's car. >> her mother saw the woman hiding on their property. >> she got one of the cop's attention and pointed to the girl. they got her, cuffed her. >> police noticed merchandise on

sending pictures not suitable for broadcast. the victim who liked kick, her legal guardian has a warning for parents. >> it's heartbreaking. >> the victim was 14 on kick trying to socialize with other teens. >> he wooed her and was nice to her. >> the two agreed to meet at a delaware county park. instead of a teen, 40-year-old david duvall was behind the kick chat. he ordered the victim into the car driving four hours to bloomsburg forcing her to perform sex acts along the way. >> she was scared out of her mind and sexual assaulted. >> the girl's family says he dropped her off but not before threatening to kill her if she told anyone.
