radnor. only moments earlier brian bell stopped the car on conostoga road for suspended vehicle registration. that's when things got crazy. >> when he stopped the vehicle, the vehicle took off. the officer never went into pursuit. he notified the supervisor. >> reporter: the car struck an suv on newtown road and flipped over with the three women inside. they were identified as nelson, teagues and shyrice todd from philadelphia. one of the woman got out of the upside down car and tried to car jack a motorist that was coming by. police say she got out of the car and made a run for it. nola said her mother saw the woman hiding in the wooded property. >> she got her attention and pointed to the girl. they got her.

>> reporter: police noticed merchandise that spilled out of the car on the road. the items were bed sheets reportedly stolen from home goods moments earlier. >> they had two thousand dollars worth of sheets stolen from a retail theft. >> the officer followed protocol, this could have been different if he did pursue them and the accident resulted, people would have said if you didn't pursue the people this wouldn't have happened. that wasn't the case. >> reporter: the three women face charges of retail theft and conspiracy fleeing and one charged with attempted carjacking, all expected to be arraigned this morning. dann cuellar channel 6 "action news." >> for the second time in as many weeks, the advance urgent care in willow grove has been raided by law enforce. upper moreland township police executed a search warrant yesterday. they would not say what they were investigating. this followed a search by fbi and dea last week.

after officers completed their search, the buildings open with patients lining up for care. president trump is on his first-ever tour to asia. he paid a salem visit to pearl pearl -- solemn visit to pearl harbor and the u.s.s. arizona. >> reporter: a new question in the russian investigation did the president and attorney general lie about a member of the campaign having contact with russians. it all goes back to this meeting in march of 2016 they are seated between then candidate trump and senator jeff sessions, foreign policy george george papadopoulos. monday's documents reveal pop pop -- george papadopoulos worked with russian contacts and lied about the meeting. he introduced himself at the meeting and said he had connections that could arrange a
