doeren. he took a risk going for the outside knowing he's got a defensive front that can win for him and time-outs to utilize. >> todd: you have to get the stop whether it's on this end or that end. >> joe: the short field, obviously. took a risk to do so. wanted to get a shot at getting the ball, didn't get it. needed the defense to have a stop right then and there, and they did. now here it is with will spiers out there for clemson. >> todd: spiers will try to drop this thing inside the 10 yard line if he can, and give north carolina state a long field to work with. >> joe: no time-outs remaining. and it goes into the end zone. so 1:24. they'll try to tie the game.
7:03 pm
that guy right there, ryan finley started off so hot. >> todd: airing 300 yards. three touchdowns and an interception. none of those numbers matter right now. all that matters is this drive, and as a quarterback, any quarterback can tell you these are the kinds of moments and drives you dream about. >> joe: let's see what he comes up with. defense did the job for him. >> todd: no time-outs. >> joe: quick to the outside, but incomplete. trying to find meyers again. he has been targeting him all day. >> todd: i'll tell you, i have been impressed with how well this north carolina state offensive line has protected the quarterback. now, this is a tough situation here. end of the ball game, they're

7:13 pm
finley. clock running down. intercepted to close the show. k'von wallace again. and he's still going. wallace finally out with double zeros on the clock. he had the big play prior and then seals the deal for the tigers. >> todd: ryan finley steps up in the pocket. it's a three-man rush. eight dropping into coverage. he needs 15. the ball just sails on him a little bit. 15 yards need second down so much more different than ten, and that one sailed on wallace with two gigantic plays to end
