stay out during the day. a little bit of leftover drizzle this morning, otherwise it's cloudy and mild with a high of 66 degrees. up into the 70s tomorrow then there's a big, big cooldown. i'll have details coming up in news a few minutes. >> a gunman walked up to a group of teensn a porch opening fire killing one person and wounding another. a 16-year-old boy was shot in the chest and neck. he died atscene. a 12-year-old boy was shot in he is in the hospital. other teens on the porch managed to get out of the le of fire. so far police have not made any arrests. also another teenager was shot blocks from the temple university campus. the victim is an 18-year-old. he was shot in the back and is serious condition at temple university hospital.

the gunfire woke up a temple student who lives in an apartment on the street. >> i was just laying in bed. they were there and we just heard like three loud pops. >> police have not made any arrests in this case either and they have not said what they know what led to the shooting. >> a 60-year-old man is now in police custody accused of killing his own brother. the arrest happened last night. the crime has devastated a family and shaken a community where they live. >> reporter: we now know the victim in this case i 64-year-old harry bachman who was killed by his own brother. police say they were called around 12:15 saturday afternoon to this home. the call was for a welfare check after the victim didn't show up

to meet a relative the night before. when police arrived they say they found harry bacman dead in the basement. they found signs of a violent from the driveway. detectives found the vehicle at a hotel and took the suspect in custody. county and township detectives spent all afternoon and evening in the residence and placed more than 20 markets outside the home. >> any time you hear anything violent it certainly shakes you up. it's concerning. but on this street, nothing usually ever happens. police have not released a motive. police say he will be charged with first and third degree murder. trish hartman, action news.

>> a shooting on the job and is now recovering at home. officer patrick o-hanlon gave a thumb's up as he left cooper's university hospital yesterday. fellow officers game him an escort home. he was shot in the leg during a struggle with a suspect on wednesday. a 19-year-old man is under arrest for attempted murder. >> in new york city today they carryr a deadly terror acan ta. tight security is in place for today's marathon. police have said there is no specific threat against the event. 50,000 runners will make their way along the 26.2 mile course. extra patrol and officers are fanned out along with counter terrorism commandos rooftop police snipers and a bomb-sniffing dog. >> you'll see an increased presence of law enforcement at all those locations. you'll also see an increase in the amount of equipment.

right now. the normal low is 42. already 11 degrees above average. 49 in allen tone 43 in the poconos. trenton 53. here's storm tracker 6 and this is the wider view and we're zoomed into the pittsburgh area. and we're watching this little band of moisture. there's a lot of yellows and oranges and reds out there. that is pushing off to the northeast. it shouldn't be impacting our weather here in the immediate philadelphia area but the northern portions of the lehigh valley and poconos you could clipped by this. there's a warm front in the process of pushing through. no more 50s we're talking 60s later on. about 66 or 67 for the high and perhaps some patchy drizzle this morning. otherwise it's just a cloudy day and as we get into monday we're in what's call the pre-frontal zone. underneath this warm front the winds shift and pulls all that
