during a modern worship session. >> he was going from the face of the church around the side. >> reporter: as kelly left the church he was fired upon by a hero neighbor who jumped in a truck and chased down the suspect. kelly crashed his car and was found dead from a gunshot wound. >> he hurt so many people's lives. why wouldn't you want to take him down. >> reporter: kelly seen in the linked in photo appeared to have anger issues after serving a year in prison after an assault on his spouse and 11-year-old child. he received a bad conduct dismissal from the air foss in 2017. we know the suspect did not have a license to carry. investigators say his mother-in-law attended the church. there was an on going domestic

new surveillance video of a deadly crash in south jersey. one person was killed and three others injured when a driver lost control on the admiral wilson boulevard. jeanette reyes live at the scene in camden with a look at what the video reveals. jennette. >> reporter: well, rick the stunning footage shows the car traveling 100 miles per hour police say it made it's first impact before traveling two blocks before resting behind me. the driver of the vehicle a woman was thrown from the car. >> i heard a big bang and seen the flash. when i came outside there was a car, and the cops was there. >> reporter: carl hernandez was working at the gas station around 11:00 p.m. when we sheared a horrifying sounds. the surveillance video shows what looks like a ball of fire flying across the street on admiral wilson boulevard. the inside photo shows hernandez and his co-worker scrum at the sound of the crash.

>> they told us to leave, they were sending everybody the other way they were taking care of it. >> reporter: police say three were in the car all adult teens a woman was behind the wheel two male passengers. >> looked like the car was traveling at a rate of speed, they hit the median and the car ended up in a vacant lot on admiral wilson boulevard. >> reporter: the driver was not wearing a seat belt. at the time of the crash that were traveling one 100 miles per hour. they hit the median at 17th street and made the final impact near 19th street. the driver hit the street before the car did. >> detectives are working to piece together some of the maybe some of the thinks that had happened prior to accident.

>> reporter: as far as weather drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash police are waiting on toxicology results to come back, no charges will be filed in the case. jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." >> a local police department is mourning the sudden death of an officer, berkley township sergeant allison ray suffered a stroke on duty and passed away on friday. the 32-year-old served the department for nine years. her colleagues say she was known for her intelligence and compassion and dedication. voters are heading to the polls tomorrow for election day. the new jersey governor's race is the biggest contest in the area. democrat fill murphy and kim gawn you -- guadagno are vying to succeed chris christie. the polls will be open in new jersey tomorrow from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. the eagles are heading into their bye week with the best
