attuned to the middle ofl december than 10th of november. we have a code blue in philadelphia and camdennd a freeze warning over much of the tristate area. trish hartman is standing by in philadelphia but first the facts and figures from meteorologist cecily tynan. >> jim, these are newspapers we typicallyee dead of winter. philadelphia, 15-degrees. new york city close to that, 19-degrees. the winds are diminishing but the temperatures are plummeting. part of the reason we don't have a cloud in the sky. no insulation to trap in the heat of the earth. also, we have a canadian high building overnight. temperatures will be dropping quickly. a freeze warning has been posted for the area that hasn't had a hard freeze.

firefighters are investigating the cause of the blaze. >> four philadelphia police officers are recovering from a crash while chasing a shooting suspect. they collided senting one into the side of a home. the suspect was arrested. >> there is an update to our report last night about a string of violent attacks in center city university and center city. the second suspect, 18-year-old surrendered to penn police this afternoon. he is accused along with 20-year-old lance ryan of fracturing the skull of a graduate student in pennsylvania last weekend. police believe the pair may be tied two two similar robberies. radnor police say a man drove from michigan to the home of a

his new movie is being shelved. next fli flix canceling and hbo dropped his shows. east town teachers have a new contract, the union settled on a three year deal this week. the contract fight led to demonstrations over the summer. the teachers get raises of 3% a year and will pay more for healthcare. >> 17th street has been named the more beautiful clean campaign. 25 competing blocks were judged on aesthetics and property improvements. the winners received a thousand dollars. they got a thousand dollars for future block projects. >> a motorcycle club in montgomery county led the charge to help a little girl battling

>> tonight we have a troubleshooter special report. wedding photos are not only cherished by those that tie the knot, they are passed down generation to generation. imagine if they just never materialize. that was the case for a couple in south jersey. they contacted nydia han for help. >> i felt bad for this company that came to me saying that it's been years since they married and they have no photos from their wedding. >> i-phone photos are all they have. >> they got married five years ago september 2, 2012.

they hired a professional photographer. they now have two children. their grandparents present at the wedding passed. >> david christianson is the photographer they hired. they paid half of the package price but no photos. >> we write him, text message him, nothing. >> christianson has moved his business to fresno, california and changed his name. we contacted him and he says there's an issue with the final payment. the client agrees that the entire amount owed for the package is due at the event or a
