(215)228-1982. police respond to a 911 call to a man armed with a gun in grays ferry. 37-year-old with a gun exited a second floor bedroom and pointed the gun at the sergeant. the officer shot the suspect once in the chest. the man is in critical condition at penn presbyterian hospital. the suspect's name has not been released. no police officers were injured. breaking a woman is dead struck by a hit-and-run driver in burlington county, new jersey. the search is on for the driver and the vehicle involved. the tragedy happened around midnight on the pemberton bypass. the person who found the victim called 911, the woman could not be saved. the police are working to find out the identity of the woman and the description of the vehicle that hit her. police tell "action news"

18-year-old dewaun danceler surrendered to police yesterday afternoon. he was accused of beating a penn grad student last weekend. police believe he may be sited to two other -- tied to two other armed robberies. chopper 6 hd was over the scene of tabernacle last night. firefighters are investigating the cause of the fire. alabama's republican candidate for senate is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. the accuser said it happened nearly 40 years ago when roy moore was in his 30s. there's more on the accusation and the candidates denial. >> reporter: controversial alabama senate candidate and suspended chief justice roy moore refusing to drop out of the senate race after allegations he molested a

14-year-old girl and pursued other girls in his 30s. >> it never happened they are doing this a month away, four weeks away after 40 years in public service. the post spoke to four women about their bombshell investigation. >> she knows how popular roy moore is. >> reporter: she allegations that she was 14 when moore took her to his home. abc news confirmed the details of the allegations with nearly all of the women. moore said he doesn't remember the 14-year-old girl and the alleyses make him sick. he does remember the two other women. >> i remember her as a good girl, but neither of them ever stated any inappropriate behavior and i don't remember ever dating any girl without the permission of her mother.

meteorologist chris sowers has the bone-chilling accuweather forecast. good morning, chris. >> reporter: "good morning america," nydia. we'll keep the accuweather alert for the next few hours, temperatures climb back in the upper 30s, close to 40 degrees. right now it's mighty cold out there. over the last few days, 52 degrees, wednesday, thursday, 59. south and east, we made it into the 60s. thursday was a very nice day. friday morning, the front slammed through. the actual high on friday was 51 degrees one minute after midnight. we stayed in the 30s and felt like the 20s. we're 19 in kutztown, 19 in coatsville, 13 degrees in lake harmony. malvern, 21. center city, 24 degrees, south and east we're seeing bone-chilling temperatures. glassboro, 23, same number for fortescue. 22
