families and friends of 22 victims murdered outside the aline social club assembled with a clear message. >> i want this place shut down. >> reporter: 37-year-old pablo rivera was shot and killed here early sunday morning. it was the third murder outside the club since 2015. >> there was an argument an argument ensued and i guess they asked him to come out, i'm not sure who and when he came out, he was shot. >> reporter: a 24-year-old innocent bystander was also wounded. a club security guard shot the suspect who was immediately arrested. the story is all too familiar to the family of 34-year-old alejandro rojas garcia. he was murdered outside the a lounge in january 2015. >> it's a very long time we were the poster parents for the murder that is occurred here and now we are joined obviously by this family and other families that have been shot and killed here since my son perished here in 2015.

>> reporter: then and again now these families are demanding the place be shuttered and they vow to do all they can to make it happen. >> don't come here. , that's -- boycott this place. we need to boycott this place and that's going to send a message we're not going the stand for this kind of violence. >> it's a nuisance its a death trap here. you go here top socialize and you get murdered. >> reporter: on instagram the club posted another life lost in our city to senseless violence. it's not about a lounge or other places that these happening and it's out of our hands. in january a man was shot dead outside of the club. by phone a man representing the social club told me can't be held responsible for the actions of others. he's hired security installed cameras and cooperates with police. again, l and i is collaborating with philadelphia police liquor control and other govern

goff -- governing bodies to determine what should happen next. >> a bullet shattered the back window of a car and then grazed a woman sitting inside. this was the scene at the intersection of d and townsend streets. authorities tell us the man also in the car was not hit or injured. the woman was taken to the hospital just to be checked out. still not clear if the people in the car were the intended targets. >> authorities in burlington county are still trying to determine what caused the deadly crash in delran overnight. it happened about midnight on hartford road. one person died when a car crashed into a pole. a second person was pulled from the wreckage and rushed to the hospital. authorities believe a.m. second vehicle was also involved. but they have not released nine -- identity of the person killed. this crash in overbrook sent a car onto its roof. this is was near overbrook avenue. the detectives say a car hit three parked cars and flipped

over. that driver suffered minor injuries and fortunately no one else was hurt. it's not clear if charges will be filed. >> philadelphia police are looking for two suspects tonight who hit an east oak lane convenience store employee with a car. this is surveillance video of the man and woman when they were inside the 7-eleven on the 6700 block of north fifth street. after this they got into an argument with a worker outside. the suspect then allegedly ran into the victim. she was seriously injured. the suspects also drove partially into the store before leaving the scene. you're asked to call police if you know anything about the crime. from east brandywine township this is katie morgan. she has been arrested for carrying out a series of burglaries and thefts. authorities say they've recovered numerous stolen items from morgan. not all have been claimed. anyone in the east brandywine township area who has recently had a break in and are still missing items should contact police. >> centre county officials are

filing new charges in the death of that penn state fraternity pledge. that after previously deleted security camera footage has now been recovered by the fbi. authorities say the footage enabled police to determine that 19-year-old beta theta pi pledge tim piazza was given 18 drinks over just 90 minutes. investigators determined there was enough evidence to charge 12 new people in the case and bring additional charges against five current defendants. we'll have much more on this story for you coming up on "action news" tonight at 6:00. >> new jersey's next governor phil murphy spoke publically for the first time since winning the election today. one of his biggest concerns for the garden state the skyrocketing tax rate and what to do about it. he wasn't the only person in jersey talking about taxes today. so was ivanka trump. since friday of daytime highs stuck in the 40's, the warmest day was yesterday but still that's 10 degrees below the average high for this time of the year. now, double scan live showing the area of rain that moved through this morning generally about a quarter to a half inch, that's well up to the north and east over new england but we still have a lot of low level moisture, low clouds, the misting out there and visibilities show that some areas are dealing with some fog. millville and dover, visibility 2 miles, wildwood 1.3. philadelphia is not bad, but 5-mile visibility its still pretty damp out there. the highest visibilities are north of philadelphia. so, this is what to expect tonight. it will be raw damp and chilly, not a very enjoyable monday night. some areas of fog especially early this evening, pockets of mist and drizzle and then the overnight lows gradually dropping, 29 degrees in the suburbs, 34 for center city but i do have brighter warmer days ahead. i'll talk about that in the accuweather forecast.

of filbert street right now where a rally in support of mill is taking place. mill was sentenced to prison last week for violating probation. the rapper's supporters say the judge has a history of personal bias and unethical behavior. more on their concerns and tonight's rally at 6:00. the man accused of shooting a state trooper during a traffic stop last week has been discharged from the hospital. daniel clary was discharged from lehigh valley hospital cedarcrest and taken to northampton county prison. however, "action news" has learned clary may be transported to a different prison because his father works there. clary is charged with shooting corporal seth kelly last tuesday in plainfield township. kelly remains in the hospital in stable condition tonight. >> a verizon store in philadelphia's manayunk neighborhood was targeted in an attempted burglary. they say a man broke into the store around 5:00 a.m. and attempted to open a safe but was not successful.

the suspect eventually gave up and ran away. investigators say he was wearing a red saint joe's university hawks hooded sweatshirt. anyone with information is asked top -- to contact police. one person injured in an early morning crash in olney. the driver lost control and crashed into a utility pole on the roosevelt boulevard near second street at about 4:30 this morning. at the time it's still unclear what caused the driver to lose control. the extent of the injuries is not known. >> the naval foundary propeller center at the philadelphia navy yard is looking to hire more than 200 employees next year. today they held a a career fair is the marriott. they focus on propeller remayors designs and manufacturing all to support the u.s. navy. the company is looking to hire mechanics engineers metal inspectors and information technology specialists. today's career fair ends at 7:00 p.m. septa update updated the

public on its plans to extend the norristown high speedline to king of prussia. they talk about how that area is not served by rail, only by bus. because of high traffic volume on the schuylkill expressway, the buses are often late so septa showed design options today for the proposed new service that was created with input from the community. residents who would be impacted by construction are invited to submit their comments to septa through december 4th. >> well, from tinseltown to allentown, some of hollywood's biggest names are in lehigh county these days and even stars need to eat which is exciting for local restaurants of course. not much to change as we go into the monday evening hours. staying on that very cold kind of raw drizzly side to the forecast as we look live on sky6 at city hall at the rothman ice rink there at dillworth park down in the city. we see a few folks out there enjoying this night appropriately so, a little bit on the chilly side. need the gloves, the scarves if you're going to be out there this evening because those temperatures only in the mid 40's. you throw in that low level moisture on the form of some of that drizzle so it's kind of a nasty monday evening. 46 in trenton, 47 allentown, 43 in dover. cape may at 45 degrees. and as we press forward through the overnight hours and during the middle part of tomorrow morning, you can see temperatures do dip well into the 30's for center city as we go dear into the overnight hours. first thing tomorrow morning at 6:00 a.m., right around 36 degrees, staying there for an hour or so and then by 10 o'clock in the morning, back up to 40. in the suburbs it actually will go down into the 20's overnight tonight. as we look at satellite and radar, that system moving into
