a delaware county doctor entrusted with the safety and care of his patients is now facing criminal charges for what he allegedly did to two women in the examining roof. that doctor is charged indecent assault in upper darby and happened at two separate oceans at the doctor's office. sara bloomquist is live now with more tonight on the story. >> reporter: rick and monica, this is the upper darby medical office where the doctor allegedly fondled two of his female patients and police want to know now if other patients were victimized. the doctor of media is charged with two counts of indecent assault. in recent months two patients called to tell them the doctor touched them inappropriately while they were getting visits

here in upper darby. >> both were credible and legitimate for them to be put in fear of the violation of trust. you trust your doctor especially someone that is going to do a physical exam. >> the first victim told police on july 3rd that the doctor reached up under her shirt while talking to her inappropriately for a physician and the 25-year-old pushed him away and called police. earlier this month a 52-year-old patient called police to tell that the doctor fondled her chest during a physical. >> she pushed him away and he whispered if her ear, i like it. and she panics and goes out of the office. >> he was really close, very inappropriate. >> rowena a patient called police today after hearing what the two women alleged.

she started to rethink her encounters with the physician. >> is old and doesn't realize his mannerisms. not like he was young, he is 80 something and you don't think it was being fresh but it was uncomfortable. >> we went to the doctor's home. a woman first told us he was there and then a man's voice shouted telling us to go away. >> doctor can we talk to you? >> my concern is are there other victims out there. obviously when you deal with an issue like this, there are always other victims. >> reporter: upper darby police of course want to hear from any other patients that feel they were victimized and the doctor has another office in north philadelphia. he did sounder to upper darby police along with an attorney and bail was set at 10% of $50,000 which he posted and was

released. sara bloomquist channel 6 "action news." >> in philadelphia a serious crash involving a school bus and car stopped traffic here along delaware avenue at lunch time. chopper 6 hd was overhead many port richmond it's unclear what led up to the crash, the car and bus hit head-on. we are told one person in the car was hurt. the driver of the bus was the only one on board. >> a bucks county father charged with the connection of the death of his son. christopher coon was charged at the arraignment. he was charged with killing his son kaden following a crash if tullytown and he just stole speakers from wal-mart and tried to leave the scene and flipped his suv. he is currently held on $5 million bail. a man was left to die on a german town street early this

morning and so far philadelphia police don't know who is responsible. officers responded to a 911 call and found the 41-year-old victim lying in the unit block of east garfield street with several gunshot wounds and he was rushed to einstein but did not survive. so far there is no information about a suspect or motive. >> president trump's trusted advisers continue to drum up support for the gop tax plan in the region. and today kellyanne conway visited with people to talk about their concerns. vernon odom is live with more on that. >> hi monica, conway's appearance here in robbinsville today was the third and final new jersey stop of this day, she was here to promote tax reform republican style and would not discussion other issues from roy moore to the russian investigation. >> there are meaningful and questionsal tax cuts for all.

police in florida are investigating a murder that could be the fourth of a serial killer. the victim is a 60-year-old man, he was walking across the street when a gunman came up behind him and fired. the man shooting is being linked to last month's 10 day spree where three people were killed. the previous victims were alone and just gotten off a bus in the same neighborhood whip they were gunned down at night. none of them was robbed. turning to health check tonight. we are taking a closer look at blood pressure guidelines and what they mean for you. >> health reporter ali gorman joins us at the big board with more. >> so the guidelines lower the threshold for what is considered

high blood pressure and it was 140 over 90 and now 130 over 80 and also doing away with the term prehypertension. that means you either have high blood pressure or you don't. and that doesn't necessarily mean that more people will take medication. >> an additional 30 million americans will now meet the criteria for having high blood pressure. new died lines set the target to 130 over 80. and now the director at temple says that the change underscores the potential dangers of uncontrolled high blood pressure. hypertension and high blood pressure is a contributor to death and other problems. and this doesn't open the door to prescribing more medication, people that may not be high risk at that particular time in their

shooting his ex-girlfriend's car while she drove away from d and south streets at 1:00 yesterday afternoon. the police charged the man with reckless endangerment and first degree assault and the bullet went through the back of the car and hit the driver's side head rest and suffer aid graze wound to the back of her head. no word on the motive. and police hope to identify four people using a stolen considered to buy more than a $1,000 worth of merchandise. they have video of the suspects, they are accused of taking a credit card from the victim's vehicle and using it to shop at wal-mart in levitt town. anyone that can identified the suspects is asked to call police. and a wheel went flying off the back of a tractor trailer and smashed into three other vehicles in newcastle. the impact severely damaged the vehicles on 13 near memorial
