lawrenceville applebees and shot a patron in the head. the young man was simply sitting at the bar and now identified as 23-year-old devon smith. >> i can't imagine. i am shocked. >> that is katie stunned about what happened. she frequents the neighborhood restaurants with her famply. >> i live five minutes down the road and here with my husband and kids all the time. >> and hopes the suspect is caught quick. according to the prosecutor, the investigation is young but moving quickly and successfully. >> we have several promising leads and hopeful of an arrest toon. >> he ran out of the doors of the applebees and got into an suv waiting in the parking lot. the restaurant was about to close in a half hour at 1:00. some customers finishing up inside had to be helped to their

academy. snell joined in 2014 and has been suspended and will be dismissed in 30 days. bristol township police are on the lookout for the driver of the 2003 buick rendezvous they say was involved in a road rage incident last night. as two vehicles exited on to route 13 on to i-95 north. the drive of the buick pulled out a gun and fired two shots at the car and fort fatally the two people were not hurt. an out of control vehicle slammed into the spring dale farm market in cherry hill and the accident happened at 12:30 this afternoon on spring dale road and the impact damaged poles and a glass awning and police are trying to determine what led to the crash. in upper darky police have charge aid doctor for two counts

of indecent assault for fondling patients and the doctor is 82. sara bloomquist is live outside. the doctors office. have you the full story. >> reporter: that is right. this is the office where the doctor practiced here in upper darby. recently two women came forward and contacted police claiming that the doctor touched them inappropriately during a physical exam and now investigators want to know if any other patients were victimized. >> 82-year-old doctor is charged with two counts of indecent assault after two women went to police to report that the physician fondled them during a physical exam at his long lane medical sentner upper darby. >> both were very credible and legitimate so for them to be put in fear of the violation of trust. you trust your doctor especially someone that will do a physical exam. >> on july 3rd.

a 25-year-old philadelphia woman called police to report that the doctor fondled her chest and spoke to her inappropriately during a physical. and earlier this month a 52-year-old woman told police that the physician grabbed her chest in a sexual manner. >> she pushed him away and he whispered in her ear, hmm i like it. she panics and runs outs of the office. >> rowena is a long time patient of the doctor and called police today after hearing what the two women allege she is recalling all the times she felt uncomfortable around the physician. >> he is 80 something and you don't think he is being fresh. but it was uncomfortable. >> we went to the doctor's home in media. >> a woman first told us he was there and then a man's voice shouted telling us to go away. >> if there are any other
