a message tonight from authorities to family members of this fugitive do not help him turn him in. you could face serious charges. jim back to you. >> in philadelphia two brothers accused of murdering a father in front of his toddler in spring garden were in court this morning. 16-year-old marvin roberts and tis 21-year-old brother maurice allegedly gunned down gerard granzel in september. video corded with sound was played for the judge today, attorneys and defendants and the attorneys say the clip was hard to watch. >> if you saw how calm jerry granzel was and how he tried to reason with them and gave them his wallet and wanted to make sure he could get his daughter out of the backseat of that car and they shot him any way. >> the roberts brothers remain behind bars and face life in

prison without parole if convicted. the judge sided with the city in a case against the u.s. government and that a major grant could not be withheld because philadelphia is a sanctuary city. the federal government threatened to cut off thousands of dollars for not cooperating with federal officials. $1.6 million was at stake for philadelphia and the city filed suit against jeff sessions in august. >> philadelphia police are trying to track down a tow truck driver who allegedly shot and killed another driver on sunday. chad pradelli interviewed the suspect in a report on the tow truck industry. chad is now live at 52nd and lancaster, the scene of the shooting this past saturday. >> reporter: yes, law enforcement tells me that the

shooting appears to be over towing turf and the homicide investigators did not confirm the motive. it happened at the sunoco gas station 2:30 saturday morning and like you mentioned the alleged gunman the men we encountered before. donnell miller jr. and karl brantly were arguing at this park side sunoco when -- >> they argued and it escalated to where darnel miller when back to his truck and got a handgun. >> and he fired at him and hit him and his truck rolled into a pole and we later got a search warrant for his person and recovered any tow truck but at this moment donnell jr. is at large. >> we first met donnell and his father during an investigation into towing in the city.

he and other drivers were skirting the rotational towtice tim the city. >> how did you get assigned to the crash? >> >> how did you. >> why are you here? >> why? >> something to see. >> the sunoco is a common hangout for tow drivers and his father was on the scene and remained when his son opened fire and he is cooperating with police and the tow truck was found abandoned in delaware county and they searched the truck as well as the fathers but the alleged murder weapon has not been recovered. >> all we have now is the possession of him in a tow truck and don't have a description of the tow truck at this point. >> i reached the father, donnell miller sr. by phone earlier this

door neighbor cox, to be put in jail. it was the culmination of malone and the other. and they said that cox constantly complained that the family and children made too much noise and cox allegedly shot malone who is 9 months pregnant in the legs with a .9 millimeter handgun. >> this is not the first time she pulled out a gun. object 31st was the first instant dent she pulled a gun on my daughter. >> police are investigating all the other incidents. >> arguing with the neighbor is one thing and taking it to the next level and shooting them is another. we frown upon that. this is her and her new baby savannah lynn.

of 53 degrees today still 3 degrees below normal but warmer than the past several days. if you look at november we have had quite a few days below freezing and below average by the way. and the month overall is running a degree and a half below average and the next week big swings in temperatures. satellite and radar showing the reason why the clouds rolled in a front moving out of the ohio valley and it has moisture with it and it's limited. the cloud cover temperatures in the 40s and 11:30 a few scattered showers breaking out in the northwest suburbs and they expand in the wee hours of the morning and philadelphia and areas east they roll out quickly and then in the afternoon we see the return of sunshine and it's self strucking sunshine and cooler air aloft and clouds bubble up and a few sprinkles

but the big impact on the front is the wind gusts. wind gusts tomorrow afternoon are impressive. 35 to who miles per hour wind gusts. and sustained winds 20 miles per hour mid-afternoon right into the evening commute and then over the weekend we have another round of gusty winds. so tomorrow a cloudy start to the day and nine in the afternoon and a few scattered showers and the high 58 degrees but feeling cooler with the wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour. and on friday the cooler air moves into and breezy and high pressure building in and the winds diminish and high 50 degrees with lots of sunshine. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast showers in the morning and clouds break for partly sunny skies and it's windy and the high is 58 degrees and friday the cooler air settles in and the high only 50 degrees and a nice fall day lots of sunshine. and saturday lots of clouds with a few showers developing and they are trending later, 57
