u.s. and south south korea are pushing the peninsula to the brink. lawyers in new jersey go to the supreme court in another effort to legalize sports betting in the garden state. breaking news in radnor township king of prussia road, a bucks truck has gone under the amtrak bridge there. you can see the rails of the foreground of the screen, the roof ripped off, it went under a bridge that was too low couldn't make the clearance and the box truck roof was ripped off near the radnor train station here along king of prussia road. doesn't seem to be obstructing traffic in anyway. this just happening moments ago by the radnor train station. this box truck getting the roof ripped off on the amtrak bridge there. we'll continue to monitor this and bring you updates on the air and own line. the other big story is the

investigation into a deadly stabbing in south philadelphia. the victim was found when someone called police to check on the man. "action news" reporter, katherine scott is live at the scene in the 1200 block of john ton street, what do we know? >> reporter: sarah this is a tight in it community and neighbors around here are stunned. at this point the police do not know the motive for the homicide. they say there have been no arrests. late this morning police were still positioned outside the home on on the 1200 block of johnson street in south philadelphia after an early morning homicide. a concerned person called police. >> a call came in saying there was a male inside the house that needed medical assistance. the home was unlocked and it was not ransacked. they discovered a 65-year-old man in an upstairs bedroom lying

on the floor near his bed. >> he had one stab wound to the abdomin. he was wearing a t-shirt that was completely covered with blood, it was blood-soaked. >> reporter: the victim was pronounced dead at 1:36 a.m. crime scene unit was called out. they could be seen leaving the site with bags. police have been interviewing a woman at the homicide division, but they have no suspects in the case. a philadelphia judge ruled that meek mill needs to remain in prison despite a public outcry. the judge denied a motion to seeing bail back on friday. the judge called mill a danger to the community. supreme court told the community to act on the two old request for bail. the judge sensed -- sentenced

people like about the fog putting an icy patch on the ground every now and then. we made it through that, and now on storm tracker 6 live double scan we're dry, a look at the christmas tree on the north side of broad street, sky6 live hd. there's a little bit of a shadow between the buildings, up above city hall you can see the sky being bright and the top of the buildings picking up some of the sunshine. the temperature is all the way up to 50 degrees. we have really warmed up after the chilly start when most areas were around or below the freezing mark. winds east/northeast at 6 miles per hour, the wind not a big deal. temperatures across the region in allentown, 40. 42 in reading. 49 in trenton. 50 in philadelphia. 49 in wilmington. 51 in millville. 52 in cape may. pretty nice numbers and everybody inching above average this afternoon. there's a little bit of high cloud cover that's knocking out the bright blue in some neighborhoods, you can see that we'll get to the other side

that. overall we're going with a mix of sun and clouds today. it's going to be mild. in the lehigh valley, clouds and sun occasionally. 50 degrees the high not bad. down the shore clouds an sunshine, 55 degrees there, warmer than it is in the ocean water. 54 is the high in philadelphia today. sun and cloud cover kind of going back and forth today. certainly on the mild side. the average high 49 today. wind light 4 to 8 miles per hour. overnight tonight more clouds build in and we could see patchy fog, maybe not as dense as what we saw this morning in some areas. the difference is the temperature. we'll not worry about this freezing up on roads because the overnight low will be milder, 46 in philadelphia. even the cooler suburbs in the low 50s. winds picking up at times but dieing down in the morning allowing to the fog to form in spots. the idea tomorrow the possibility of moisture.

future tracker 6 has been showing this model for the last 24 hours, during the morning up until noon smoof -- some of you might ea shower or sprinkle. during the afternoon or evening heavy widespread rain moves in until 11:00 p.m. tomorrow night we could see the first steady rain we've seen around here in a week or more. that rain pushes off the coast on wednesday morning. we might have lingering wet conditions on the road, but the rain will be pushing out quickly, but during the morning rush hour for a lot of you. after that that rain pushes out and behind it cold air comes wrapping in down out of northern canada. you can see how the trough is centered to the west as we head toward the end of the week. it will move toward the east, the chilly air will be with us for sometime. i don't see us getting on the other side of that until december 20th if you buy the current long range range models.

we have a system passing by us along the coast. if it comes in close we could see snow. tomorrow, afternoon rain centered in the afternoon. high 63. then wednesday, early rain but that ends quickly, clouds give way to sun, it will be chilly high of 49. that temperature will fall pretty quick during the afternoon. thursday, sunny and 45. friday we'll be watching the coastal storm. it will be cloudy for the most part during the day, high of 43. late at night, that storm will be close enough or at least up near our latitude far enough to give us a little precipitation, if we see snow from that it will be south jersey and delaware, probably about an inch. it might mix with rain and the accumulation will be less. saturday, cloudy and 44 whether or not we see the snow. 41 and sunny and brisk on sunday. >> might have to drive my
