wheelchair or walker except her walker has been stolen which means her confinement is worse. tonight, she's begging for its return. it's monday night and the big story is the heartbreaking story of a theft in wilmington, delaware. who would still a little girl's walker from in front of her house. christie ileto is there. that's what police are trying to find out. >> you are right, jim. her mother tells us she had put her daughter in the car. they took off and accidentally left the walker in the front yard. surveillance video shows within minutes a white truck pulls up and a man jumps out and takes the child's walker. >> why would you do that? it makes me disappointed as a child that an adult would take my walker.

ditch after hitting the man. police recovered the car with a large hole in the windshield. the suspect took off into the woods. >> philadelphia police charged three teenagers for the beating death in mayfair. brannen conrad, emmanuel harris and malik page face charges of robbery killing kevin cullen during the robbery november 25th. all three are students at lincoln high school. it appears that president trump's defense team has adopted something of a new strategy. trump's outside lawyer says the president can't obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement officer under constitution article 2 and has the right to express his view on
