chad pradelli is live now outside of the courthouse tonight. you have the arraignment details. >> reporter: jim, it appears that both defendants did plea not guilty during the arraignment but it appears that a plea deal it still in the work for cosmo dinardo, he appeared calm in the courtroom this afternoon and at one point looked at his family in the front row and nodded and winked. as the family of cosmo dinardo were in the courtroom the anger of the families of at ledged victims was palpable. and mark sturges was among those burns and buried. >> i would like to see him spend a long time in prison with no hope of getting out.

compromise. vernon odom, channel 6 "action news." nearly a month after suffering a heart attack in texas. tom ridge returned to his home in maryland. the former u.s. homeland security secretary and pennsylvania governor was released from a rehabilitation center yesterday. the 72-year-old was attending a conference in austin texas when he fell ill. the spokesman says that ridge thanks his well-wishers and the medical professionals that helped him recover. and a new museum opened in chester county today and the valley forge center in phoenixville houses the museum of girl scout history. visitors can see the organizations oldest artifacts and displays dedicated to the scouts courage and confidence and character building activi activities. the opening celebration of this museum is part of the scouts 100th anniversary year

finally with the help of animal control she was corralled and returned and only to escape a few hours later. >> we think someone tampered with it and let her out. it was not closed the way it should be after that. >> reverend michael caine tried to stop stormy with all of her might. and when to a parking garage at fourth and arch. and her farmer came to her rescue and returned her to the nativity scene she calls home this season. >> she is doing great. doing fine. just hanging out being a cow. >> just being a cow this nativity scene is a holiday tradition in old city since 1973 and these animals live out in a pasture year round and 4-h animals and used to activity and being around kids and he figures

before midnight and then clouds rolling in look to the southern sky. 22 is the low and wilmington 20 and cape may 20 degrees. tomorrow two systems i'm tracking a clipper up to the north, very limited moisture and also a coastal low. if these two got together we would be talking about a pretty big snow storm. but they stay apart and cloudy tomorrow and 32 degrees and the coastal low throws snow our way. future tracker 6 showing the morning is dry and by 2:00 the snow showers are developing and 3:00 snow primarily across south jersey and delaware, reaching the i-95 corridor including philadelphia. but this is a quit hitting system. by 6:00 it's off the coast and a brush of light snow the key time between 2:00 in the afternoon and 6:00 in the evening. and the main focus southeast of i-95. and with temperatures around freezing like last night. the roads will get slick quickly
